Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & paving or brick work built in cement morter and remove of demolished material and depositing where directed. specification and as directed

Providing & Laying of cement concrete B2-type, 1:2:4 mix.(40mm graded aggregate) for Floors hard standing etc. excluding the cost of form work but including the cost of finishing & curing etc. all as per specification and as directed

Providing form work to sides & soffits for rough finished flat surface of concrete i.e foundations

Providing & Construction of Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks cement mortar 1:4,stright or curved with modular bricks in all as per specification and as directed .

Supply and plastering ,rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on wall ,ceiling,roof projection,facia etc.with cement mortar1:4 including wpc as per manufacture instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete srfaces as directed

Cutting holes into or throgh cement concrete slabs, chajjas etc superficial area exceeding 250 sqcm but not exceeding 500 sqcm in 5 cm depth for fixing of base plate etc.as per specification and as directed

Forming /drilling, mortice holes not exceeding 50 cucm for balusters, newels, ragbolts, etc and supply and fixing of GI fasteners size 100 x 10 mm grouting with cement mortar 1:2 or acrylic/silicone sealent after balusters etc are fixed all as per specification and as directed

Supply and fixing of M.S.Plate (plane or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted, or welded attachment etc. All as per specification and as directed

Supply ,Fabrication and erection/fixing of M.S. structural steel Work tubular/ square/ rectangular, main rafter, purlins, truss, special shaped washer and other necessary connections etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161/79 etc. with welding, riveting etc.(Make ; TATA, SAIL, JINDAL,KAMDHENU) as directed

Supply and fixing PRE- PAINTED Galvanised corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 MM total thickness Coloured glossy/matt finish regular modified polyster painting top painting 18-20 micron thick and bottom painting 5 - 7 micron thick epoxy primer service coat with corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J TYPE or cranked hook bolts or self tapping screw in roofs, walls etc. .(Make ; TATA, JSW, KAMDHENU, NATIONAL) all as directed.

Preparation of new steel surface free from dust, dirt, loose scales etc. and supply & apply one coat red oxide primer & Two coats Synthetic Enamel Paint on steel surfaces etc. girth exc.10cm as per specification and as directed

Roughening surface of old concrete of roof, wall, beam etc, including removing tarfelt if required/ loose concrete, bitumen by scraping with scraper, chiseling, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. Complete including removing the debris as directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surface free from dust,dirt etc.including removal of nails repairs/refilling of plug holes,crackes,minor pitting with cement mortor,lime putty,touching with primer ,and supply and apply two coat of plastic emulsion paint ( white or tinted) on plastered surfaces of wall,ceiling etc.all as per specification and as directed
