Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means foundation trenches, drain not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soils).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1cement : 4coarse sand : 8graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with quarry stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) This includes picking, choosing and carriage of quarry stones all complete to the appropriate site as per the direction of EIC

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3fine sand): Flush / Ruled pointing.

White washing with lime to give an even shade: New work (three or more coats).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil
