(a) Material and Labour for replacement of oil as per manufacture recommedation for following and connected work as required. (i) Engine oil- 7 ltrs (ii) Coolant -3 Ltrs (iii) Differential oil -5 ltrs (iv) Brake fluid -0.5 Ltrs (v) Transmission oil-0.5 ltrs (vi) Clutch oil 0.25 ltrs (b) Material and Labour for inspect for leakage, correct and replace of fuel hoses and connected work as required (Qty 01). (c) Material and Labour for drain of fuel filter cum water seperator, cleaning , refixing with new filter and connected work as required (Qty 01). (d) Material and Labour for inspect for cracks/damage, tension with hertz meter and adjust (for cogged type ) and repalce of V belt (Poly/Cogged) and connected work as required (Qty 01). (e) Material and Labour for connect palmtop and inspect engine operating condition and check sensor status and clear error codes of engine opearating condition, sensor status and erro code (EDC BS III and CRS BS IV) and connected work as required (Qty 01). (f) Material and Labour for replacement of new primary cartridge, reset restriction indicator after cleaning /replaement of crtridge of air cleaner element and air cleaner safety cartridge (secondary) and connected work as required (Qty 01). (g) Material and Labour of inspect for leakage for complete system including gear box, pipes and cylinder for manual steering oil and connected work as required (Qty 01). (h) Material and Labour for lubrication and tightening of front and rear spring pins, front and rear suspension U bolt , propeller shaft flange bolts and suspension mounting bracket bolts ( front and rear) and shock abosorber mounting bolts and inspection, clearance and adjust of suspension wear plate of suspension system and connected work as required (Qty 01). (j) Material and Labour for replacement of brake drum and lining of hydraulic brake system and connected work as required (Qty 01). (k) Material and Labour for replacement of brake hoses , vaccum hoses and brake fluid reservoir tank tube of hydraulic brake system and connected work as required (Qty 01). (l) Checking of wheel alignment for all wheel and connected work as required (Qty 01). (m) Material and Labour for replacement of switch, lamp and instrument function and connected work as required (Qty 01). (n) Material and Labour for inspect of proper functioning of cabin door hinge and locks, repalce of cabin locks and inspect and tightening of load body mounting and outrigger brackets bolts and connected work as required (Qty 01).
