M&L for drilling & inserting shear connectors in concrete surfaces with 12mm dia holes drilled upto a depth of 10mm and providing 10mm dia TMT reinforced bars in short lengths (Minimum length 150mm or equivalent to cover depth of new concrete to be provided) The drilled hole shall be cleaned and filled with Lokfix "P"/ "S" filled up to 1/3 of hole depth and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole complete all as specified and as directed. [Make : Fosroc or E-in-C make as approved by GE.]
Material & labour apply of shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar Renderoc SP 40 over Fosroc make Nitobond SBR, complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F Rubber fender of size 2000mm x 300mm x 200mm depth (or in short lengths to suit the site requirements) and fixed as kerbs on the top of sea face jetty wall with four numbers M24 SS 304 bolts of length 285mm. The fender shall be fixed with a MS galvanized flat of size 100mm X 12mm covering the full length of the fender as directed. The Properties of the rubber used shall be as follows :- Before aging : Tensile strength not less than 17 MPa, Elongation shall not be less than 350% as per ASTM D412, Hardness Max 70 + 5º, Shore ‘A’ as per ASTM D2240. After aging at 96 hours at 70º : The tensile strength not less than 80%, Elongation not less than 80% as per ASTM D 412 hardness + 8º shore A as per ASTM 2240, tear strength shall not be less than 70KN/m, Compression set at 70ºC for 22 hours 25% maximum- as per ASTM D 395, abrasion resistance Maximum 1.5CC as per BS 903 A9 and Ozone resistance - no cracks as per ADSTM D 1171. All the above test reports shall be provided by the manufacturer. Necessary factory inspection during manufacturing process shall be arranged by the bidder. The fender is to be pre coated with the homogeneous colour with yellow and black alternately complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The item rate shall include the cost of SS M24 bolt, Nuts and chemical for fixing the bolt as recommended and supplied by the manufacturer of rubber fender.
M&L for Removing the existing wooden beading on the kerb of jetty and taking away un-serviceable beading under credit, removing the protruded portion of bolts used to fix the wooden beading and disposing off the debris from Naval dock yard, Visakhapatnam and clearing off the site complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F Rubber arch fender of size 2000mm x 595 / 195mm width at bottom and top respectively x 300 mm depth and fixed vertically on the vertical face of jetty sea face wall with eight numbers M24 SS 304 bolts of length 285mm as directed. Rubber as per ASTM D-2000-12. The Properties of the rubber used shall be as follows :- Deflection - 51.5%, Reaction force - 25.3 Ton, Energy absorption - 2.95 ton / Mtr with a tolerance of - +10%. Before aging : Tensile strength not less than 17 mpa , Elongation shall not be less than 350% as per ASTM D 412, Hardness Max 70 + 5º, Shore A as per ASTM D2240. Removing of galvanised mild steel chains of 25 mm dia bars along with cylindrical rubber fenders of 230 mm outer dia and 120 mm inner dia and 800 mm to 2100 mm long from the sea fase wall of berth/jetty/ wharf walls with suitable arrangement along with safety gearcomplete all as specified and as directed.
