Excatation in soil in hilly area in all depths using all means as per drawing and technical specification ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (Two thousands four) clause 305.1 (three hundred five point one) including setting out, coustruction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe dispoal of unsuitable cut materials by all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts at specified places in specified manner, systematically with level consideration to avoiding adverse effects on environment, trimming filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and Technical specification of Ministery of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 (Two thousand four) C-305-1(Clause-three hundred five point one) including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials including dressing of sides and botttom and back filling in tranches with excavated suitable materials all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precaution against soil erosion damages to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiesling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting.excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades,side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials by all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts at specified places, in specified manner systemathically with due consideration to avoiding adverse effects on environment, trimming filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimension to the entire satisfaction as directedby the Engineer-in-charge. If the foundatioin of the structure is in an area with stangnat water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other courses it shall be remove by suitable diversion boilingout or pumping as directed and the area of foudation or embankment shall be kept dry any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement is to six sand is to twelve graded hard crushed stone aggregate nominal mix) mechanically mixed and vibrated in foudation or similar works complete works complete as per drawings and technical specification of ministery of rural Development for rural road August 2004(Two thousand four) clause 802-803, 1202 and 1203 (eight hundred two, Eight hundred three , One thousand two hundred two and one thousnad two hundred three)as per drawings andtechnical specification of ministery or rural development for rural road and curing complete including cost of form work and hauling/ carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire specifications as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC.Grade-M-10(ten) nominal mix including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 900mm dia ( Nine hundred milimetre) dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 ( One cement is to two sand) but excluding excavation protection works backfilling concrete and masonry woks in head walls and parapets as per clause 1108 Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concerete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203,(1:4:8 , 40 mm nominal size)as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

20mm Flagged stone flooring laid in Cement mortar 1:5 (One Cement is to Five Sand )including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials as per HP.PWD specification including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Back filling behind abutment ,wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specificaition clause 1204.3.8 (One thousand two hundred four point three point eight) Granular material including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials as per HP.PWD specification including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutmen,t wing wall return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending throught the full width of the structure with slopes of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 .as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, roling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading- 2 (two) as per Technical specification clause 405. by Manual Means including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, roling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading- 3 (Three) as per Technical specification clause 405. by Manual Means including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying priming coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 (Ten) grade confirming to l:S 73 to be applied by heating in oil fired and self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the material uniformly with pressure sprayer at the rate of 1.00 Kg/sqm on the existing WBM surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per PWD Technical Specification including hauling/carriage of materials through all modes of transporation with in all leads and other incidentals and as per the satisfaction and direction of the engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Paving bitumen of VG-10 grade (Viscosity grade ten) conforming to lS:73 to be applied by heating in oil fired &self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the materials uniformly with pressure sprayer at a rate 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm (zero point three zero point four zero kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom. By Mechanical Mean including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick open-Graded premix Carpet using Bituminous (VG-10)(Viscosity grade ten) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm(thirteen point twenty milimetre) to 5.6 mm (five point six milimetre) aggregate using Bitumen VG-10 grade(Viscosity grade ten) conforming to IS:73 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100kn (eighty to hundred ) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical specification clause 508.Bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) grade by Manual means . including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Bitumen VG-10 grade(Viscosity grade ten) by Manual means including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
