Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.l. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.l. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50 mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at comers (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete. 75 mm overall thickness partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin fire rated Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) plaster board conforming to IS: 2095: part 3 (Board with BIS certification marks)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets {size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontaV vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Supplying at site : Welded steel wire fabric of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Priming & Painting to be paid for separately).

Welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x 60 cm of mix 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks 70x45x50 cm of the same mix, provided with welded steel wire fabric fixed between the posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or tied to 6 mm bar nibs with G.I. binding wire (cost of posts, welded steel wire fabric, painting, earth work in excavation and concrete to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing & Fixing Corten Steel Signage Fabricated from sheets and welded to create a hollow 3D form, usually 2 inches deep. This material develops a protective, rustic patina over time when exposed to the elements. Backer Panel: A clear or translucent acrylic sheet is installed at the back of the letter to diffuse the LED light evenly and protect the internal components and Lighting LED module: Waterproof, low-voltage LED lights are mounted inside the hollow returns, facing the backer panel. They are chosen for their longevity and energy efficiency. The LEDs connect via wiring that typically exits through the back of each letter to an external power supply (transformer), converting standard line voltage (110V-230V) to low voltage, and Wiring is typically routed through pre-drilled holes in the mounting wall or via a raceway for a clean finish as per the direction of the Engineering in charge. The signage consists of bilangual Hindi & English letters as " जोधपुर हवाई अड्डा & JODHPUR AIRPORT" and AAI logo. The body of each letter should be of minimum 600 mm height. The signage of AAI logo should be of base 2.0 meter and Height as 1.07 meter as per direction of EIC. The reference drawings is attached in tender document.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick clear toughened glass with holes and cutouts, shape cutting as require, as per approved pattern fixed with necessary stainless steel stud fitting welded to SS pipe necessary screw, gaskets etc. complete in all types of railing system in required shapes & size as per particular specification, design, drawing and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing glass film of design Digital graphics of brand 3M or equivalent as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Making of frames for movable artifect & partitions , cabinet/ box etc with providing and fixing 19 mm thick ply veneering on both side (BWR) of approve make in required size with necessary screws,and nuts wherever necessary etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing vertical blinds of 100mm louver width made of dust and stain repellant fabric with matching valances of required colour and shade (make Vista, MAC Décor Ltd, Aerolux)or equivalent including self adjusting runners, bottom weight, link chain and tilt chain, installation brackets etc. as per manufacturers specifications required for smooth functioning of blinds in all respect & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of measurement will be extreme dimensions of fully opened blind only.)

Supply of 4C x 10 sqmm, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminimum multi stranded conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confiring to IS 7908 (part I) with upto date amendements etc as required.

Supply of 63 mm (OD), PN-6, PE 80 size ISI marked, HDPE pipe confirming to IS-4984-1995 with up to date amendments and confirming to tender’s technical specifications, terms & conditions i/c loading, unloading etc. complete as required.

Laying of 63 mm Dia HDPE pipe in ground including trenching (80 cm deep & 30 cm Wide), refilling & making good the same as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe/on surface as requried. Upto 35 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper/aluminium lugs according to the cable for 4 x 10 sqmm (25mm) aluminimum cable. size for PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper/ aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

SITC of outdoor type Cable termination / looping pole box of minimum size 276mm x 186mm x 186mm suitable for termination of 4X10Sq. mm Al. Armoured Cables made of thermoplastic polycarbonate having minimum IP665 protection alongwith clamp, 4 pole isolator (01 No.), single pole MCBs (Min. 03 Nos.), connectors, DIN rail channel etc. including making suitable fixing arrangments etc. complete as required.

Façade Llighting of the stone signage including supply of light fixtures, wiring, mounting arrangenment, and all required accessories to make fully functional the system of façade lighting, all accessories, all inclusive as per concept approved by EIC.
