Repair/replacement of old filter media and cleaning of reservoir, clear water sump and other connected works at Mil Stn Dharamshala under AGE(I) Dharamshala

Periodical cleaning of new filter bed chamber of size 2.90 X 2.0 X 3.10Mtr by taking out the old sand and gravel layers and laying new filter media complete duly disconnecting the inlet PVC nozzles of 20mm dia and clean, wash,refix and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Filter media will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Broken 20mm dia PVC nozzles are to be replaced and will be measured and paid separately.

Periodical cleaning of old filter bed chamber of size 3.0 X 2.0 X 2.5Mtr by taking out the old sand and gravel layers and laying new filter media complete duly disconnecting the inlet PVC nozzles of 20mm dia and clean, wash and refix and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Filter media will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Broken 20mm dia PVC nozzles are to be replaced and will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only PVC nozzles of 20mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only filter media with HCL free river sand of size 1.5mm to 5mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only filter media with gravels of size 05 to 10mm ,10 to 20mm and 20 to 30mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the old filter media such as sand and gravels to distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 30cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical cleaning of the raw water sedimentation tank of consisting of 06 compartments of size 14.00 x 10.00 x 3.30 Mtr each by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical cleaning of the raw water sedimentation tank of size 14.00 x 14.00 x 6.00 Mtr by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical cleaning of the clear water sumps of size 12.0 mtr radius x 4.0 mtr depth by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical cleaning of the clear water sumps of size 12.0 x 6.0 x 4.0 mtr by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from 500 Ltr tanks with bleaching powder including one coat of black/white paint over a old date and writing the cleaning date outer side of the tank through white/black paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI sluice valve of size 150mm dia confirming to IS -14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle with jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI sluice valve of size 100mm dia confirming to IS -14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in in walls/ceilings/floors of the 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade including fittings such as bends, reducer, elbows, union etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in walls/ceilings/floors GI pipe medium grade (ISI Marked) including fittings such as bends, elbows, union, socket etc. of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in floors/drain GI pipe medium grade including fittings such as bends, elbows, union, socket etc of size 150mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
