Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The tenderer should be a PWD registered Contractor.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. With work indent number is compulsory.

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit(FDR) for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price with balance security deposit. If the contractor fail to submit the prescribed FDRs and stamp paper within time tender will be cancelled.

The tender of any tenderer who does not accept the conditions contained in the tender document is liable to be rejected. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Contractors upload the original documents, Xerox copies turnovers must be signed by CA. mentioned UDIN is compulsory.

Condition mentioned in Bid document KW-3 is accepted.

G.S.T. will be paid separately as per prevailing rules.
