Preparation / cleaning of complete internal surfaces of filteration plant by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and inflorescent, trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of ramp,channels of filter bed & filteration plant and Pump house areas with one coat of water based paint of old existing surface to any surface surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth incl preparation of old surfaces complete all as spfd and directed(Note- colour of paint as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

M & L of internal epoxy painting of pressure sand filter for safety from rusting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Filter Media aggrigates of size 700 to 800 micron mm dia of 0.15 mtr thickness( Jhansi Sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Activated carbon ID 800 for Color, smells & Excess chemical complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning of 3,00,000 gallons capacity RCC ground water tank/ clarifying cum sedimentation tank, flow water tank pumping out all water, taking out dirty water stone pieces and sludge etc by usnig buckets / motor, cleaning and removing all dirt and plant completely from wall and floor of the tank and from mouths of inlet and outlet pipes etc and by rubbing with wire brushes and removing all waste to distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed cleaning the tank inner surface with suitable cleaning agent and fresh water and removing dirty water out of the tank complete with in 12 Hrs and writing date of cleaning on external surface of wall with synthetic enamel paint after removing old date complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair mild steel work grade FE-290, E-165, unmachined in brackets gully trapes, grating, railing, chamber covers, dampers, stop valve boxes and similar articles including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of 100/150 mm bore CI foot valve one end flanged other end stranier, ISI marked , Ball/NRV type with and including necessary nuts, bolts & rubber gasket complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for repair leaking joint of 300/200 mm dia bore of spigot and socket pipes and fittings and taking out lead and reuse, other joint materials and making new lead joint with new jointing materials like spun yarn and including additional quantity of lead as reqd at site to stop leaking and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation of Pumps or pillar/Thrust block for supporting of pipe including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note :Foundation of Pump grounting nuts & bolts for pumps included in the qouted rates.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water on walls complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete block of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, masonary set in cement mortar 1:4 with solid blocks,exceeding 10 cm in width complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling carefully old MS channel base frame of pump & moter of filter/ booster pump complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of sluice valve spandal assembly complete with opening of nut & bolt with long handle with lathe work and replacement of gland/packing to repair leakage from valve of size 300/200/150mm including replacement of spandle assembly complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of 150 mm dia Butter fly valve CI class PN-1.6 including all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing valve chambers and removing the demolished materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and Material & Labour for reconstruction of the same (internal size 950x950x950 mm) with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks masonry set in CM 1:6 with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring bed & copping and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on the inside of valve pit & valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet with 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame and 40 x 5 mm mild steel hold fast embedded in PCC including two coats synthetic enamel paint blue over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for petty repair to water supply network of upto 50mm bore pipe line for stopping leaking by providing new GI union, socket, Tee , elbow, bends, nut bolts, washers or welding etc and to make threading as required at site and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.
