2.8 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2.8.1 All kinds of soil.

11.2. Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

4.1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 4.1.5 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

5.1. Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level: 5.1.3 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

5.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 5.2.2 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

6.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6.13: Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. 6.13.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

10.16: Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.1 Hot finished welded type tubes 65mm dia OD, 40mm OD

12.65: Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations colour finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately). 12.65.1 0.56 mm, Aluminium Color coated troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000mm.

12.66: Providing and fixing of Pre-coated colour or mill finish Aluminium Roofing Accessories in 0.71 mm thickness Alloy 31500 (IS designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 (ISO designation)] For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size 6 x 50mm with 3mm thick EPDM seal and SS plain washer complete: 12.66.1 Precoated/mill finish aluminium Ridges plain (500-600mm).

2.27: Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

13.8: 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 13.8.2 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

13.43: Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: 13.43.1 Water thinnable cement primer

13.44: Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: 13.44.1 New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

10.6: Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 10.6.1 80x1 25 mm MS laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.

4.17B: Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size (Recycled Aggregate (RA) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size. well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

10.13: Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 10.13.1 Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

2.25 (a). Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

ELECTRICAL WORK 1.10:- Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core etc. as required. 1.10.1 Group A

1.14:- Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed mediuin class PVC conduit as required. 1.14.2 2 x 2.5. sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq. mm earth wire.

1.24:- Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 1.24.1 5/6 A switch.

1.25:- Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

2.3:- Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, shee steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus, neutral bus powder painted including earthing etc. as bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator). 2.3.1 6 way, Double door.

2.10:- Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 KA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 2.10.1 Single pole

2.12- Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 2.12.1 40A

5.1:- Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt) as required.

5.19- Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain/ cable as required.

MR-1:- Supplying with including fitting fixing of ceiling fan etc. as directed by the Deptt.

MR -2:- Supplying with including fitting fixing of tube light etc. as directed by the Deptt.(Bajaj make) Code No. 11249 luminaries type 18 WH white.

MR-3:- Supplying with including fitting fixing of LED Bulb 9 Watt. Etc. as directed by the Deptt. (LED home lighting Solution.)

Payment to be made to APDCL authority for load security.
