Plinth Beam :- Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, inishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix.

Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc.. Good soil of earth. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.
