Supply,Erection ,testing and commissioning of OEM manufactered static silent ( Sound proof , acoutic enclosure) Diesel engine driven generator set capable of delivering 24 KW (30 KVA) DG set shall be water cooled engine @1500 RPM coupled with 3 phase ,415 volts 4 wire system of supply 50 Hz at PF 0.8 alternator mounted on a common base frame alongwith fuel tank ,battery with leads ,first fill of lubricating oil, Engine safeties & Protections, Anti vibration mounting pads, standard control panel, anti vibration pads,exhaust pipe complete suitable for condition prevalent to Jodhpur( Where work is to be executed ) and Acoustic Enclosure as per CPCB norms ( 75dBA at 1 meter in free field condition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. Capacity of engine ,alternator shalll be work out consisting all factors. 2. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of PCC foundation for DG set as per OEM specificaton is leaving 0.5 mtr around for generator for easy free movement and 0.5 mtr above the ground level . 3 DG set shall be comply with CPCB-IV pollution norms.

Supply,Erection ,testing and commissioning of AMF panel suitable for DG set for capacity 30 KVA made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated for weather proof and last long finishing with copper bus bar of capacity 1.5 times the incoming switch gear current capacity with electrical accessories like 02 Nos of contactor,02 Nos of MCCB and other necessary like relays,controlller VMR ,battery charger of suitable capacity as required to run the DG set automatically to run generator during electric supply distruption complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade,with stranded aluminium condutor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
