Providing, fitting fixing of Condenser FAN motor of Split AC unit Inverter type (2.0 TR) Outdoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, fitting fixing of inverter compressor of Split AC unit(2.0 TR) with necessary circuit as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Repairing of indoor PCB Circuit for 1.5/2.00 TR as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Charging of Non CFC Refrigerant gas to Split AC as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Leak testing & leak repairing of condensing & evaporator unit by flushing nitrogen for performance and pressure testing etc for 1.5/2.0 TR capacities split type AC's and repair with brazing as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge..

Dismantling and re-installation of Split/vertical type AC machine as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

General Servicing of 1.5/2.00 Tr capacity split AC machines in/c washing cleaning of (Indoor & Outdoor) units both by pressurised water by using Jet pump and servicing Jacket as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing remote control unit of Split AC unit(1.5/2.0 TR) with necessary circuit as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fitting fixing of Gas Charging valve (1/4") dia as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fitting fixing of Gas Charging valve (5/8") dia as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of suitable diameter for suction and liquid line between indoor and outdoor units (for 1.5 TR & 2 TR ac) beyond the standard length as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply installation testing and commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRF/VRV system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories insulated with XLPE Class O tubular insulation/with Class O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc as required: a) 15.86 mm dia (OD) (Hard drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19 mm thick insulation

b) 19 mm dia (OD) (Hard drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19 mm thick insulation

Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract for 03(Three) nos 80 ltr storage capacity water cooler & water purifier for a period of two years including timely changing of iron removal filter & necessary accesories on half yearly basis as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
