(1) Survey of system pipelines 100% for visible damage and material deterioration and replace if necessary. (2) Weighing of bottles. Retrival of Khaldon 227EA from cylinders (46 nos).Halon gas is to be conserved and recycled. Wherever fitted cylinders are to be recharged on as required basis.(SS to provide gas). (3) Pressure testing of cylinders post internal chemical cleaning and refurbishing, certificate of that effect from NABL, or equivalent approved Govt agency, Subsequent fitment of cylinders post pressure testing in presence of IRS inspectors (4) Fitment of pipe lines if removed post survey, renewal and painting of all pipes and repair as per exact color codes (5) Overhauling of all system valves of that individual section/ station as given below in subsequent tables summary as follows, start/stop-46, discharge valves 26 in no;s. Pneumatic manipulators 40 in no's checking for manual and remote operation of valves prior to charging of Khaldon 227EA with HP air only (6) Cleaning of spray nozzles and checking for clogged nozzles and blow thro of system pipe lines with nitrogen post fitment (7) Check operation of ship pressure relays mounted on Khaldon 227EA filling pipe lines (8) Tightening of flanges and nipple connections and replacement of sealing rings. (9) Refitting of valves and pressure testing to be taken in presence of ship staff and necessary certification process to be carried out (10) Calibration of pressure gauges to be carried out at NABL approved facility and certificates to be issued. Total gauges(62 no's) Defective gauges to be replaced with concurrence of ship staff with approved make (11) Calibration of temperature gauges to be carried out at NABL approved facility and certificates to be issued. (14) Check operation of system at all OXT stations for functioning without Khaldon supply to compartments, manually and with ONEGA this is to be taken station wise. (15) Check operation of AVCAT OXT system functioning of automatic activation. (16) Carry out leak checks of system for two hrs and eliminate leaks if any, soap solution test to be carried out on all nipples and joints. (17) Replacement of all Split pins and locking arrangements with identical ones of best approved quality. (18) Repair/Refurbishment of foundation (bottles) as required.

(1) Remove MORPEN into a vessel, blow out the tanks with compressed air and wash with fresh water. (2) Refill them with fresh MORPEN.Clean, (3) Paint and pressure test MORPEN storage tank. Charging of MORPEN tank of OXT stations. (4) Serviceability checks of sight glass.
