ELECTRONIC INTERLOCKING - SUPPLY

Supply of Electronic Interlocking for stations upto 200 Routes (Centralised/Distributed) excluding Panel Processor (Hot Standby) with Signalling functions up to 125 EI units as per Function table enclosed along with 5% spares, tools, manuals and Instruments as per RDSO specification RDSO/SPN /192/2019 ver 2.0 or latest .

Supply of portable work station to run along with EI configuration tools, data inputs, simulation and functional testing, diagnostics and trouble shooting and commissioning of EI system.

AXLE COUNTERS -SUPPLY

Supply of Multi Section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC) for mentioned detection Point by the purchased & track Section as per SIP, complete with all accessories, cable required with each track device & card viz. Axle detectors, Track Side Electronics/DAC field units, Central Evaluator (Central Evaluator unit should be housed in a pre-fabricated rack to be supplied along with the system), reset unit, Relay unit, Event Logger & Diagnostic terminals, etc. Required for different Detection Points & Track Sections as per RDSO Specifications No. RDSO/SPN/176/2013, Ver.3 or latest and OEM/ manufacturer’s specification and as per Annexures. (Quantity 01 No. = 01 DP) Inspection Authority: RDSO. Note:- As per WR’s Policy No 03/2024 Para No. 3.4.2 .e.iv “VDU/Reset box can be used for resetting. At Stations having more than 10 Track sections, the Railway propose to use a separate VDU-based resetting system. Such a VDU-based system if using a PC, it must be industrial grade”.

Installation of Central Evaluator of axle Counter, wiring from CT rack to Central Evaluator, installation and wiring of the reset box, LV box (if required) and associated power supply wiring. This includes supply of shielded cable of required conductor size for wiring between CT rack to evaluator rack, all other wires, power supply cable and wiring materials. The power supply cable from power room to Central Evaluator should not be less than 10 sq.mm PVC wire. Earthing as per OEM's guidelines & specification with their own material. This also includes painting and writing work on evaluator as per site requirement. NOTE: Installation /programming / configuration / commissioning of Axle counter equipment to be carried out in accordance with latest guidelines issued by Railways/ RDSO preferably by Authorised representative of OEM.

CARPENTRY

Pyrotech Workspace make New Modular Control Desk size 4102x2576 mm for provision of 02 Nos. Monitors made in "XLAT" system. 1. Table Top: The material of the working surface shall be made of thermally treated Aluminum -Trihydrate and acrylic resin material supported on minimum 25 mm thick MDF base. 2. Structure: Powder Coated Aluminum Sturdy Structure and extreme side Aesthetic Legs. The structure shall be rigid enough to withstand BIFMA X5.5: 2014 (Latest Edition). 3. Monitor Arm:- UL certified monitor arm assembly shall have auto lock, push & remove feature for quick release of VESA mounts and modular arm extensions for ease in maintenance and fixing of monitor by one technician within 30 seconds without using any tools. 4. Shutters & Side Legs: - Front and back shutters shall be of18 mm Laminated MDF Board with premium finish Side leg.

Installation of track device (double rail contact) including digging of trench, track crossing, laying of anti-rodent, anti-oxidant & non-flame propagating type Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) pipe as per IS- 14930 part- I or II or latest and all other accessories as per site requirement to be for laying of transmitter and receiver cable. The item also includes installation of EJB / Track side Electronics including foundation & earthing as per OEM's guidelines and Technical requirement & specification with their own material. NOTE: Installation / programming / configuration / commissioning of Axle counter equipment to be carried out in accordance with latest guidelines issued by Railways/RDSO preferably by Authorized representative of OEM.

DESIGN AND DRAWING WORK

Design of SIP and submission of copy (three copy) for approval.

Upto four line station

Design of Cable Route Plan submission of Three paper copies for approval.

Supply of diagrams consist of Floor Plan of Relay Room, Battery Room, Power Equipment Room, Data logger room, Power Supply Diagrams along with power supply calculation, Earthing Diagram, Power panel diagram, IPS wiring diagram, Auto change over diagram, Block circuit wiring diagram, Digital Axle counter wiring diagram and all other relevant drawing in original tracing along with AutoCAD in Pen Drive and six set copies after approval.

Upto four line station

Design and supply of cable courage plan, location particulars, Cable termination rack particulars, cable meggering report, earth resistance particulars, Traction bonding diagram, 1/2 wire count sheet and any other drawing in AutoCAD in A3/A4 size. The contractor shall initially supply 3 sets of circuits complete for approval of Railways. Railways will return one set to the contractor duly approved with alterations/corrections, if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railway’s alterations/corrections in the tracings without any deviation and submit all tracings complete in all respects to the Railways along with PENDRIVE & 4 sets of final approved drawings. This includes designing of cable coreage plan based upon I.P in consultation with engineer-in-charge For small/medium yards.

Station

Design & Supply of circuits and plans to suit layout given in the signalling plan of IBS/ABS/LCGATE/OC Hut. All plans and wiring diagram shall be prepared on Auto cad Drawing and supplied with CD/ USB Pen Drive. This will include supply of: 1. Control cum Indication panel diagram, 2.Route section plan, 3.squaresheet, 4.wiring diagrams 5. Relay rack/ Relay arrangements 6.Bus bar details, 7.Fuse analysis 8.contact analysis 9.Relay room tag block analysis 10. Panel tag block analysis, 11.Power panel diagram 12. IPS wiring diagram 13.Auto change over diagram 14.Power equipment arrangement with program switch 15. Block circuit wiring diagram 16 Digital Axle counter wiring diagram and all other relevant drawings. NOTE: The contactor shall initially supply 2 sets of documents (Paper Prints) for approval of Railways. Railway will return one set to the contactor duly approved with alterations/corrections, if any. The contactor shall incorporate Railways' alterations/corrections/ comments, if any, in the tracing & CD/USB Pen Drive without any deviation and submit all the tracings and Final CD/ USB Pen Drive complete with all respect for Approval of Railways. After Approval of Railways on the tracings, the contractor shall submit 3 sets of final approved diagrams tithe Railways within 15 days. He shall ensure the each sheaths a block for signature of railway official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory of the firm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column. All the drawing shall be supplied in a good quality folder for each IBS/ABS/LC gate.

Independent checking ,verification of TOC/RRC by IRSE/IRSTELO licences holder for station Final having new EI installation up to 25 Routes.

The requisite communication cable/channel for networking will be arranged by Railway. 1024 digital & 32 analog inputs/ 4096 digital & 32 analog inputs. (All the Indoor & outdoor gears wiring in cataloged included in this along with laying 230V supply cable from IPS room,12 core cable from auto change over for monitoring supplied.) Horizontal direction drilling/boring without damage of surface of road /Track formation. The bore shall be 150mm dia & shall be at the proper depth as per site conditions decided by Engineer -in-charge . The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bankheight of the bank of the road. The length of the bore shall be minimum 4 Mtrs. long. This include insertion of different dia DWC pipe/GI/HDPE pipes coupling etc. as per difrection of Egineer In charge. Note: The cost of pipe is not included in this item. Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

6 Quad Work [Control and Way Stn Eqps]

Installation and commissioning of 4 wire way station equipments, power supply unit at SP/SSP/Station/TSS/AEN/PWI/SI offices/Residences. The installation of way station equipment and power supply unit (supply covered under a separate item) shall be mounted on a MS angle rack. All the materials for installation, commissioning of 4 W equipment and power supply unit shall be provided by contractor.

Installation of emergency socket box including socket on the rail post in the section and yard at every one km. distance as per tapping chart supplied by the survey team. This will include wiring and termination of quad cable on the socket box mounted at 1 m height, clamped with 2 nos. U-Clamps, provision of concrete foundation of rail post in such a way that the rail post is one meter above the earth level. The concreting shall be in ratio of 1:3:6 of cement, sand and stone chips. The contractor shall jointly test with RVNL engineer for its satisfactory operation. This includes painting of Emergency socket post with alternate yellow and black strip of 6" width and painting of the socket box with grey colour paint and painting of arrows on the telephone posts/ cable markers to show the nearest Emergency socket as instructed by the engineer at site. RVNL will supply rails. Contractor should supply all other materials required. Cutting of rails to the required size shall be done by contractor.Rail posts and MS pipes of required lengths for fixing Emergency sockets will also be installed by the Contractor.

OFC Work

Supply and installation of OFC cable joint enclosure as per TEC No. G/OJC-01/03 Jan 99 or latest RDSO specification and splicing of optical fibre cables ( 24 Fibre) and testing.

Excavation for Jointing pit and provision of joint chamber of 1.2 mtr dia of 60 cm height with 2 piece cover on top and bottom cover with holes for drainage ( reinforcement drawing will be as per technical specification ) .This includes water cooling of chamber , backfilling and ramming of trench after laying and consolidated of soil as well as disposal of soil as per plan as advised by site engineer.

Supply installation testing & commisning including earthing of 42 u 19" covered racks for housing SDH and P- MUX equipments , DDF , FMS,MDF, using krone module etc. Complete with all fittings , wired and equipped with integrated protection modules for all channels and adequate numbers of cooling fans ,AC/DC power supply distribution panels , U Link panels and other hardware like runway , ladders etc.It should be possible to lock all the equipments with only order wire telephone remaining outside the rack ..The rack should be of APW President/Rittal make . The components of the rack are specified below. Supply and installation of ELD as per RDSO/ SPN/256/2002 or latest RDSO specification ( 12 CHANNEL)

Excavation trench 0.35 M wide 1.2 M deep in all categories of soils such as black cotton/ hard / murram/hardy soft rock . Filling th trench with earth to the level of surrounding ground after laying cables.NOTE: Where digging of trench as per specified depth is not possible, the depth can be reduced with the approval of the engineer in charge and the payment shall be made proportionately

Supply and fixing of MS-'C' channel of size 100mm x 50mm x1200mm with suitable clamps as per drawing No.S&T/RE/78/2/76 and fitting to GI pipes 65/50mm (to be supplied by RVNL) of Spec.IS-1239/Part-I/Light with couplings and with suitable clamps onGirder Bridges without drilling holes in the girders. GI pipers are to be drilled with 6 holes of 1/4" dis. per meters around the pipe in zip zag manner before laying the 6 meters pipe all materials to be supplied by Contractor.

Supply and fixing of RCC cable route marker as per Drg.No.SK/ 12/10 with engraving of Signal/Telecom cable one side and Zonal Rly on other side as per Railway Practice and painting on both sides of marker with numbering with black paint (Colour of the cable route marker paint and numbering may be changed/decided by the RVNL Site incharge). The markers should be fixed for a maximum of 30 mtrs to locate the Signaling/Telecom cable path and the marker should be visible about one feet above the ground for the clear visibility, the remaining portion of marker should be buried in the ground. Whererver track crossing are available, RCC markers are to be provided on both sides of the track for easy identification. All required materials (Supply, painting, transportation to site and fixing) are to be aranged by the Contractor.

Lightening protection of building having EI room, panel room,& IPS room mounted on Insulated STAND OFFs: Fabrication of Faraday's cage gap made up of 6x50mm galvanized steel tape mounted on Insulated STAND OFFs, cage gap of 5x5M approx. to suit building dimensions. There shall be two landing conductors i.e. Down conductor to be provided a low impedance path from the air terminal to the ground system, it shall have sharp bends. The down conductor is of copper tape 3x25mm mounted on insulated stand-offs. the inter-distance between two down conductors shall not have less than 10 mts. all connections shall be exothermically welded. The drawing of faraday's cage of building to be approved by engineer. The system consists of : Installation of Franklin Rod as per NFPA - 780 Standards each 1 set consisting of: (1) Fixing of Air terminal, solid diameter 9.5 mm made of steel (2) Fixing of Mast height of 4 metres 50 mm thickness with galvanised pipe as per spec no. IS-1239, Part 1/1990 (3) Erection of Mast on concrete foundation , with required cement , sand, stone in ratio 1:3:6) (4) All other materials for erection of Mast and Air terminal.
