S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channelor flat sections) includingdistance pieces, cleats etcconforming to Fe 410-w(gradeE quality A)(box section/Angle section) complete complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin plain Galvalume sheeting in ridge and cladding having 1000-1020 mm width manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, pvc insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable , ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC Concealed conduit of dia not less than 20mm and conduit accessories, cutting chasing/concealed in wall (Brick/stone masonary), ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with modular metal flush boxes & cover plate with frame of white colour of suitable size as required at site; including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly complete including replastering and making good the surface of wall and painting with existing colour all as specified and directed at site for the following :

Taking down Exhaust fan 225mm sweep AC, 240 volts,Metal body ,in same location after cleaning , greasing and painting with synthetic enamel paint by spreying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dusts etc and connecting up including provision of flexible wire from ceiling rose/connector to fan & Refixing fan on new rubber pads complete all as specified and directed.

System power consumption including 10.00 KV surge protector (including driver losser) should not exceed 20W fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repairs security light bracket made out of GI pipe 25mm light grade ISI marked 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape as required for LED fittings at site including M S Clamp 2 Nos made out of flat iron 50 X 5mm with necessary nuts bolts and two coats of alluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing energy meter from site and deposit to MES storeyard and refixing the same meter after completion of work complete all as specified and directed.

The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade ) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. FI clamp 25x3mm with nuts bolts and washer etc.including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
