Towards supply of materials and execution of work as follows:

Towards removal of old broken/damaged barbed wire fence and angle iron posts and dispose-off the removed materials etc. all complete as directed.

Towares earthwork excavation in all kind of soil for dwarf wall and apron surrounding the monument, throwing away the excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m away from the premises including all lead and lift and all labor charges etc. all complete as directed.

Towards laying in position 1:3:6 (1 part of cement, 3 parts of coarse sand, 6 parts of graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) plain cement concrete for foundation including cost of all materials and labor charges etc. as directed by site in charge.

Towards construction of random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement mortar 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), curing, all materials, labors, transportation etc. all complete. (In Cement Mortar 1:6)

Towards construction of dwarf wall using Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level in C.M. (1:6) mortar etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge.

Towards cost, supply and fixing of double scaffolding system cup lock type on the exteriors and interiors of monument for facilitating the conservation works, up to three storey heights made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. Clamps and providing working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable conditions for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter including labor charges for erection etc. all complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. etc. all complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towares cost, making, supplying and fixing of Iron grilled doors, windows and manhole covers as per the existing with all necessary fittings and fixtures, fabrication charges, transportation up to site, fixing in location properly etc. all complete as directed.

Towards cost, making, supplying & fixing of MS Grill for boundary wall of size 2.50m x 1.35m - using 50x50x5mm thick square vertical pipes and MS flat - 2 nos.50x5mm thick horizontal fixed in between two vertical pipes at a distance of 15cm from top & bottom respectively, welded with 12mm square bars fixed throughout the ms flat and welded at a distance of 10 cm c/c with pointed spike on top of the bars to prevent the illegal entry and for safety of monument and applying of red oxide primer over the grills including all materials, labor charges, transportation etc. all complete as directed.

Towards applying two coats of rust proof oil paint over one coat of primer of approved brand and shade with all materials, labor charges, transportation charges etc. all complete as directed.

Cost and supply of good quality cut and dressed sand stone 75mm thick of dhangadhra quarry free from all defects including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed.

Cost and supply of good quality un-slaked lime free from all impurities including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed.

Cost and supply of dry river sand free from all impurities including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed

Cost and supply of good quality UCR stones free from all defects including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed

Cost and supply of surkhi free from all impurities including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed

Cost and supply of structural steel free from all defects including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed. The required length will be supplied by site in charge as per the on-site requirement. MS – C Channel – 150 x 75mm - 806.40 Kg MS Flat (75x8mm) - 754.56 Kg 16mm dia. TMT Bar - 199.04 Kg Add:- Grade of TMT bars shall be Fe 500/550D

Cost and supply of well burnt brick aggregate free from all impurities including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed

Cost and supply of sweet water trip for the conservation works as and when required at the site of work as per the directions of site in-charge.

Cost and supply of additives for lime mortar mix including charges of all materials & labors for loading, unloading, transportation and conveyance and proper staking charges up to Makai Kothar etc. all complete as directed by site in-charge.
