Smoke generated should be lighter than air and white in colour so as to allow easy exit passages in case of fire. Thermal insulation should be protected by thermal insulation protective coating of aluminium sheet not less than 0.30 mm thick in short length complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully the existing motor for 10 to 20 HP capacity of pump sets from foundation bed /AHU for servicing by removing the coupling, cleaning the motor & stator body with cleaning agent, varnishing, to improve the insulation values reassembling and re-installing the motor with necessary bolts, nuts and washers and connecting the pump set complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl Item No.40.00 here in before but of capacity 30 to 40 HP

M&L for carry out the descaling for 300 TR capacity of shells & tubes water cooled type condenser by disconnecting the inlet and outlet water connections and providing of dummy to the inlet & outlet and descaling the condenser by circulating the circulated descaling agent by R-111 or equivalent chemical or organic compound at the proper ratio circulated chemical till remove complete scale deposite inside the copper tubes, and opening the both end cover by the condenser brushing the copper tubes with appropriate size nylon brush remove complete scale and flushing out the tubes and degreasing with castic soda solution and flushuing and boxing up the both end covers connecting up the water inlet & outlet connections including renewal by damaged rubber gas kets,and leak testing the joints for water leakage for the following capacity of shell and condensers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out leak test for 300 TR Chiller type / direct Expansion system by extracting the existing available Gas from the system to separate cylinder storing,and pressureising the complete system with Dry nitrogen and check the leaks, identify the leak, rectification of leaks by brazing/welding at the leak points/replacing by damaged valve gland package/Gas kit Etc, and after rectification of all leaks, pressure testing the complete system up to 300 Psig at high side, 200 Psig at low side of the system,holding the pressure for 24 Hours and vacuumising the complete system after releasing the Dry Nitrogen and charging the refrigerent Gas to system and testing & comissioning the plant checking all controls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Carrying out repairs and maintenance, attending to breakdown of 1x300 TR variable speed screw type liquid chiller Central AC plant of capacity 300 TR of Make: Carrier Model : 23XRV3132NRVAA9 as per the following scope of the work given below including carrying out general repairs including periodical servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users / department complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of Work: (a) Periodical monitoring / inspecting the complete AC plant and carrying out preventive / periodical maintenance to ensure smooth fuctioning by technician/service engineer of OEM once in a qurater other than breakdown calls for monitoring the operational condition of the plant including preventive maintenace / breakdown calls whenever required. Each preventive maintenace with a maximum of 02 nos of breakdown calls if any shall be measured as "Each Job". (b) Visual inspection for oil traces, technical inspection of all the microprocessors, microcontrollers, sensors, control wiring, insulation etc, to check the performance parameters such as the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger, check the motors and starters for performace and healthy condition of the plant. (c) Rectification of minor leaks in the system, filling the refrigirant upto 05 Kg at no extra cost if any. (d) Any minor spares/ repairs items which are required to keep the plant in operational are deemed to be included in scope. Note :- Supply and replacement of major spares required shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
