Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete comply

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering surfaces of RCC items such as slabs,beams,sunshades with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase ,steps, lands slabs etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete compl

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Shutter with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats covere
