M & L for fabrication in replacement of MS busbar chamber of nominal dimension 900 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm duly provided with aluminimum busbar of size 50 mm x 6mm fixed on porcelain insulators TPN type out door weather/vermin proof with both way opening duly provided with neoprene rubber gasket along the doors openings pedestal type duly painted powder coated on CRCA steel sheet encloser with one No incommer MCCB 250 Amp 35 KA with Ics=Icu, 4 pole, 415 volts 50 Hz, Thermal release current fixed type 70% to 100% magnetic setting incl making connection /thimbles complete including fixing arrangement PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for required/suitable size and as directed at site with angle iron frame of size 60X60X6 mm complete all as sepcified and directed

Disconnection of electric connection from LT Panel of any size dressing of cable including replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolt etc complete including all inter connection with aluminium strip of size not less than 0.6Mx0.03Mx6MM, 1100 volts grade and suitable current rating including painting of Panels complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer including excavation & earth work required for taking out & refixing the incoming and out going cable etc complete all as directed Note :-Replacement of unserviceable accessories parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 400 Amp 36 KA 4 pole with adjustable thermal and magneting setting with Ics=Icu ,415 Volts 50 Hz.unserviceable parts of LT Panels complete all as specfied and as directed. Make ABB or equivelant make as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement MCCB 250 Amp 36 KA 4 pole with adjustable thermal and magneting setting with Ics=Icu ,415 Volts 50 Hz.

S&F in replacement MCCB 200 Amp 25 KA 4 pole with adjustable thermal and magneting setting with Ics=Icu ,415 Volts 50 Hz.

S&F in replacement MCCB 125 Amp 25 KA 4 pole with adjustable thermal and magneting setting with Ics=Icu ,415 Volts 50 Hz.

S&F in replacement Aluminium bus bar 600 Amp with colour code & porcelain insulator complete suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system of length not less than 1 Mtr.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing by means of nuts bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth strip protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC cover slab 54 x 54 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement with 8 mm TMT bars @ 150 C/C with one handle and funnel for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers & necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shwon in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioing of 11 KV, SCADA compatible RMU out door type 4 way consisting of one number incoming motorised VCB and 3 No of outgoing load break switch manually operated 11 KV/630 Amp 18.37 KA enclosed type with tow no extra cable outgoing and consist of HT cable/bus bar and complete protection system with RS 485 port complete all as specified and directed. Make ABB or equivelant as approved by GE

M&L for dismentling of 4/2 pole HT structure from ground level including opening of existing cable connection from GOD/jumper, opening of insulator LA angle iron frame complete with making good of distrubed surface and connecting the HT cable with RMU complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for foundation from RMU upto 0.6 mtr from ground level with min working space mtr from RMU surrounding area alongwith swan neck fencing upto RMU height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of heat shrink end jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indooe termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 52130.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of tender.
