Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified, designed, light shade coloured (light shade), tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, Hi Traffic Tiles, 600x600mm size, coloured, premium qualtity, heavy duty tiles for outdoor, polished, in floors, path, hardstanding etc set in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which has to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tap has to be removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 4.5mm thick Linoleum, plain coloured, laid dry in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting and sealed down with an approved adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto a distance outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Marble work Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished), green colour as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9 inch to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paints etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying water proof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted)/Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth and sanding the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surfaces free from dus etc by skilled labour as per the following steps complete all as specified and directed: (a) Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding water as per the manufacturer's instructions and mix it with putty mixer of mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b) Step 2: Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having glow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI (c) Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of susequent coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper by using fully automatic Airless spray tenchnology machine with max pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 1.79 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm for two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, exc 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated aluminium sections (minimum 50 micron) of approved colour as in door, window, ventilator frames, partitions with one or more rebates and door, windows shutters sliding/openable type/ventilator shutter including provision of necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws inclding provision of suitable size of powder coated aluminium fittings such as locking arangements, handles, stainless steel fiction hinges and tower bolts etc including fixing only glass panels/particle board panels/wire gauge/aluminium grill etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) The size of aluminium sections shall be all as specified in relevant IS Code and MES Schedule Part-I (ii) Glass panels/ Partricle Board panels/ Wire gauge/ aluminium grill shall be measured paid seperately as supply only rates under respective items here-in-below).

Supply only Powder coated Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rate for fixing included with the quoted rate of respective shutter)

Supply only 4 mm thick, sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beading/rubber beading exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The cost of rubber beads and fixing included with the unit quoted rate of respective shutter)

M & L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar, 1:2.5 mixed with 3 litres of Nitobond SBR of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent approved of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd per bag of cement in super structure works in two layers to form 10 to 20mm thick even surfaces over a coat of bonding agent by mixing Nitobond SBR of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or equivalent of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. @ 1 Litre + 1 Litre water + 3 Kg cement including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Providing and Pouring Micro Concreting M-40 Grade as under: (a) Dry the concrete substrate surfaces and clean it free of debris & dust. (b) Apply Epoxy bond coat of the sound sub strate using approved spray machine and ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (c) Immedieately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M-40 Grade (Make: MasterEmaco S46T of BASE or equivalent of Fosroc/Sika/STP/Choksey/Bostik) using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer's recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, formwork, leads & lifting materials, transportation and scaffolding etc to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness)

M & L for Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described and applying a coat of Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer as per the manufacturer's instructions as antirust agent including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L for treatment around the pipes passing through walls (Core cut area) by wrapping around all the pipes with APL Smart Care adhere to the surfaces with APL Smart Care Acrylic Bonding Agent and placed appropriately to be grouted around the cut bores, Grouting the gaps between the pipe and the core cutting by a edual shrinkage compensated mcementitous grout APL Smart Care Generl Purpose Grout that shall be poured into the gaps after fixing in place for effective leak-free shuttering complete all as per the manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
