Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and removal rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single layer of mangalore pattern tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing bedded in lime or cement mortar as in ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/galvalume sheets, any gauge, thickness as in roof covering work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling aluminium frame work under mangloor roof tile of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete, roof slab padding preparatory to roof treatment, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate, erect and fix in position mild steel work in tubular trusses (square/rectangular) including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling (size of grid 605X605mm) made up of following aluminium sections :- (a) Main T - 3600 mm (32mmx25.4mmx1.22mm thick) (b) Cross T - 1200 mm(25.40mm x 25.40mm x 1.22mm thick) (c) Cross T - 600 mm (25.40mm x 25.40mm x 1.22mm thick) (d) Wall angle - Web & Flange 25.40mm and Thickness 1.22 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 12mm thick particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 60cmX60cm in size, fixed with nails to timber framework or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium corrugated sheeting Alloy 31000 H4, STUCCO embossed finish, 0.56mm thick sheet, with two corrugations side lap fixed with and including coach screw and aluminium washer in roof and wall etc. with end laps stitched with and including 25X6mm G.I. bolts at 20cm apart complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4, 0.56mm thick sheet in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium frame for roofing tiles with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only anodised aluminium frame obtained from dismanting for roof tiles fixed to sheet including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof tiles mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl item No. 1.19 above but except tiles.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit mangalore pattern or roofing tiles bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 4kg/sqm and minimum 4mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 160 Gms/Sqm) by forced application as per Manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm over old/new membrane surfaces as in roof treatement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with mixing liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on wall surface surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only intergral waterproofing compund.

Preparing new MP roof tile surfaces by cleaning tiles and applying two coats of antifungal paint using UNIGLOSS deluxe multi surface paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing old MP roof tile surfaces by cleaning tiles and applying one coat of antifungal paint using UNIGLOSS deluxe multi surface paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs/terracing/walls, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 including water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall includes working at height by providing staging. (ii) Water proofing compound shall be emasured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

Preparing wall surfaces (for water proofing treatment before plastering on walls) and applying two coats of polyurethane liquid or silicone based water repellant repellin WR of Pedilite or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (exterior grade) over one coat of primer on wall/ceiling as per Manufacturers instructions . Note :- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall includes necessary scaffoldings and safety measures for safe doing of work at heights.

Preparing old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion (exterior grade) on wall as per Manufacturers instructions. Note :- Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall includes necessary scaffoldings and safety measures for safe doing of work at heights.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint (interior grade) on wall over one coat of acrylic primer aas per Manufacturers instructions.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Preapring ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of acrelic emulsion over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including fittings etc. Capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 litres complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement - Diameter of outlet 75mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius, bore 110mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for color code point wiring FR PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 1.5Sqmm copper conductor single core multistandred 1100 volt grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through and including concealed/semiconcealed PVC casing capping of suitable size, modular metal flush box of suitable size fitted with modular cover plate with frame (inner/ outer plate) for mounting 6 Amps switch with socket on independent board including FR 1.5 Sqmm earth wire copper insulated connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using 2 runs of 4 Sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade conforming to IS specification drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size along with 1 run of 4 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FR cable as earth lead connected to common earth dolly with and including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : One run of PVC casing caping and 3 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable shall be measured as one unit.

Material and labour for sub main wiring using 2 runs of 2.5 Sq mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volts grade conforming to IS specification drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size along with 1 run of 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor FR cable as earth lead connected to common earth dolly with and including taking down unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : One run of PVC casing caping and 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way 5A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 15A flush (Box) type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN, single door powder coated for 4 way 415 volts complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand/Indo Asian/ Havells/Standard.

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN, single door for 12 way 240 volts with 200Amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand/Indo Asian/ Havells/Standard.

Supply and fix in replacement wall mounted 20W LED 4ft batten with colour temp 6000K having extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose/connection terminals.
