1 Providing Consultancy Services & Third Party inspection for Project supervision upto

completion of work including providing necessary structural drawing approved with

competant authority with a team consisting of a Team Leader (Civil), Highway Engineer,

Bridge/Structure Engineer. Material Engineer (Civil), Surveyer, Safaty Engineer as

Specified in Schedule for day to day supervision of work including opertional cost facilities

like computer with internet facility, telephone, fax machine, furnitures etc & other relevant

consumable materials, engaging vehicles for transportation for Site Visit necessary testing

if required at established laboratory including issuing inspection note & remedial measures

with compliance report and certificate regarding quality of works stage monthwise & on final

completion as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all relevent applicable taxes at the

prevailing rate on monthly basis. The staff shall be engaged as per TOR.

i.e. Rupees Twenty Two lakh Fifty Three thousand Eight hundred Forty only.

I/We am/are willing to carry out the work @ _______ __ % above/below percent of the estimated

rate mentioned above.

1. The Contractor shall strictly adhere to and comply with all the provisions, conditions,

specifications, and requirements stipulated in the Terms of Reference (ToR) and other relevant

sections of the Tender Document. The scope of work, execution methodology, quality standards,

safety measures, and all contractual obligations shall be governed by the said Tender Document.

No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on the grounds of ignorance or misunderstanding of the

Terms of Reference. The Contractor is deemed to have carefully examined and fully understood

all clauses and shall execute the work accordingly in a satisfactory and workmanlike manner, as

per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

2. The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3. GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

Above all items of “Bill of Quantity”, including item description and amount have been

verified by me and found to be in order.
