Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means.WBM Grading -I (Size 90mm to 45 mm) (ninty milimetre to forty five milimetre) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (One cement : One point five coarse sand: Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre nominal size). The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
