Request for Proposal for selection of operators for Providing Services of Scuba Diving in Netrani Island situated at Murdeshwar in Bhatkal Taluka Uttara Kannada District

During the scrutiny of scuba tenders, both owned and leased boats are considered. However, marks are allocated only for owned boats, while leased boats are assessed for eligibility but do not receive marks.

Certified copy of the NOC Issued by DD Tourism for the operation of the boats for scuba diving purposes (Minimum 6-month validity required)

Certified copies of the registration certificates of the Dive Center/s to conduct Scuba Diving activities by an internationally accredited organization

Bank guarantee to the extent of the Total amount quoted in the Tender valid during the tenure of the tender or Declaration regarding the following I or My firm shall make an advance payment of 50 per cent of the annual payment quoted in the bid for conducting scuba diving activities to the account of the River Rafting Management and Monitoring Committee The first of such advance payment shall be made before the issuance of the work order, and the succeeding advance payments shall be made at the beginning of the following years

GETHNAA registration certificate or the firms should be accredited for the operation of scuba diving by NIWS OR ATOAI OR GETHANAA or similar authority within India

Copies of the employment contract OR equivalent document between the Bidder and the Certified Scuba diving instructors, technical staff, etc. valid during the tender period. b)Undertaking by the bidder that in the discontinuance of the services of any certified scuba diver or technical staff during the tenure of the tender, the bidder shall ensure the appointment of alternate staff with the prescribed qualification before the discontinuance of such staff OR employee, scuba diving activities shall not be conducted in the absence of such staff OR employee

Office site visit certificate from the tourism department

No Due payment certificate from the Tourism Department till the date of notification of the tender

Police NOC regarding criminal antecedence of the applicant (proprietors/owners in case of persons/entities/partnership firms etc.) till the date of notification of the tender

Previous tender completion report/ Status report for ongoing tender/s from The Department of Tourism OR committee till the date of notification of the tender Certified reports must be obtained by Dept. Of Tourism.
