Dismantling plain of corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Re-fixing only 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F 1 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/valley gutter/U gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including cleats, brackets, etc conforming Fe-290 Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F bird proof net of polyolefine all weather proof polymer machine knotting using CNC shines with DSLC technology for antislip netting dia of the net 1mm, mesh size 20-25mm (+/- 2mm) square mesh with mesh making strength 18 kgf of colour black as per specification including fixing with accessories fixing material required for installation to steel structure, trusses/purllin/tie beams, pillar, rafters, such as clamps, nut and bolts including washers etc for fixing bird proofing net to hanger, blast pens etc at the height up to 15 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Make : Srijian system Pvt Ltd or equivalent make approved by GE in writing (i) Contractor shall submit five years life guarantee for bird proof net on bond paper, contractor shall also submit security deposit amount i.e 2.5% of quoted amount or Rs 6250.00 whichever is more in the form of FDR or same shall be retain from FB. (ii) This item shall be executed for the building up to 15 meter height from ground level and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for all necessary arrangement for execution of this item up to 15 meter height

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but S&F in repairs

Taking down eaves gutter and rain water Pipe (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, (measured overall as fixed along with centre line over fittings and accessories).

S&F 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including fixing clamps, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of compatible epoxy zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing Flame proof light point wiring along with existing fitting if reqd from 6mtr height shed alongwith ERW steel conduit for repair work carried out by B/R and re-fixing the same at its original position and making good disturbed surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 2 run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH (Flame Retardant Low Smoke & Halogen), drawn through and including mild steel ERW conduit not less than 20 mm dia with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FR-LSH as earth wire, fixed on wall / ceiling, complete. Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one Unit for payment.

Supply and fix in repairs Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V

S&F distribution board (DB), double door type made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof DB, TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, 415 Volts with in built MCCB 63 Amps, FP 10 KA, 01 No., earth bar IP 43 protection, fix flush to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB’s single pole 6-32 Amps, 230 volts with ‘C’ curve, fixed in sheet metal board complete including connecting.

S & F Flame proof weather proof light fitting suitable for & including 70 watt LED chips and electronic driver, in cast aluminium alloy LM 79 construction IP 65 including driver reflector connector block etc and all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with copper conductor cable of suitable type complete.
