Providing and fixing in position fully moulded restrained elastomeric Neoprene 50 mm thick Bearing pad as per detailed drawings.

Providing and fixing double staging system (cup lock type) on side/plan of Building/structure upto 5 m height, above ground level, including additional two rows of Jacking Staging as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia MS tube, placed 0.6m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with MS tubes, MS clamps and staircase system in the staging for working plateform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of jacking and lifting or applying chemical and removing thereafter. The Staging system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc, whereever reqired, complete as per directionof Engineer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing double scafolding system (cup lock type) on side/plan of Building/structure upto 25 m height, above ground level, including additional two rows of scafolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia MS tube, placed 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with MS tubes, MS tube challies,MS clamps and staircase system in the scafolding for working plateform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and grouting or painting and applying chemical and removing thereafter. The scafolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc, whereever reqired, complete as per directionof Engineer-in -charge.

Charges for drilling holes in RCC Surface,cleaning of the same by blower,inserting 5 inch long perforated PVC Nipples,holding in position,grouting the same,allowing to dry as directed and specified by Engineer‐in‐charge and/or Consultant. Excluding cost of Grouting Material.

Providing and grouting with Shrinkage free, non viscous Epoxy resin based Injection Grout (Fosrock Conbextra EP 10 or Sikadur 55 LP or Equivqlent) with hand operated/Mechanical pressure pump at any height as directed and approved by Engineer‐in‐charge and/or Consultant. Allow the grouted nozzle to cure as per manufacturers specification, cut the nozzle and seal the nozzle mouth using epoxy putty including cost of labour, material ,Etc. Billing will be done on the basis of actual quantity of Epoxy consumed.

Strengthening of Beam using Carbon fibre Wrapping system, Providing and placing carbon fibre wrap fabric (Sika wrap 601 C or equivalent) in the required direction in a single layer or as per manufacturers specifications including epoxy based impregnating resin/ adhesive for fabric for base and top coat. During wrapping the CFRP fabric to RCC element use tamping rollers toavoid any air voids etc. and sprinkle sand over it to creat mechanical anchor for further plaster application where required. Apply epoxy-based adhesive to the prepared surface using trowel, roller or brush, depending on the roughness of the substrate. Entire surface should be covered with epoxy mix thoroughly as per specification given by the manufacturer. Adhesive/primer should be applied as per site requirement which can be covered within the pot life of the epoxy mix.The surface must be dry and free of deteriorated concrete, bond inhibiting material and contaminants. Surface defects such as honeycombed areas, blowholes and voids must be fully exposed by grinding. Edges and corners must be generally rounded to aminimum radius of 25 mm or as per design specifications.This can be achieved either by grinding or by building up with epoxy mortars.

The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which no extra payment shall be made.

The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R.: PRC-10/2017 Cement Consumption/16/C Date:11/05/2017 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
