Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:5:8, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks, exc. 10 cm thick, in width (with plain and interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete in walls & pillars complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including raking out jouints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 over PCC block masonry wall surface, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for Broken stone Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch n.exc 3.0 m in length and every turning/ corners.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (25mm thick sand screed bed) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for filleting in any position and to any shape and the section of fillet exc. 25 sq cm but n. exc. 50 sq cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortat (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and fair as in sunken floor and wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing coating by using Super Latex manufacured by pidilite industries Ltd or equivalent product manufactured by Sika / Fosroc / Choksey mixed in chemical water and cement ratio as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on walls of sunken complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (using 40 MM graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass filling in sunken floor of toilets and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite work not less than 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade, laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
