Demolition of brick work or Porbandar type stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars , but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Hand rails, half round or other stock section, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Galvanised,2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins as directed (each line wire to be measured), including taking down old barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Broken glass coping on top of walls set in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (wheather coat) complete all as specified and directed.

MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, , complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors ., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed.

4mm thick ACP panel cladding, fixing on vertical or horizontal MS frame work and filling silicon gel in grooves including fixing screws and fastening complete all as specified and as directed.

Stainless steel letters or figures (block, roman, Italic or Indian), emblames made of SS grade 304 height of letters not less than 250 mm and width not less than 200 mm for each letter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footing plinth beams, bases for column complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) , in columns, pillars, piers posts & struts complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter as in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surface of square, rectangular or polygonal concrete,rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel CRS bars 8mm dia and over as in stirrups spacer and binder, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in vertical surfaces as on pillars wall and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surface or surface other than fair face of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion weather proof antifungal paint over a coat of compatible primer, complete all specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 cum getting out in soft/disintegrated rock, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer . complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin plain Galvalume sheeting in roof covering and wall cladding having 1000-1020 mm width manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring / pavement finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, . complete all as specified and as directed.

Use of forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors of interlocking tiles as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-40 grade (with grey cement and pigment) over sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed. (Sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately).

Marble green 18 to 20mm thick of Ist quality, table rubbed and polished as in steps jambs window cills or cooking plateform and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt . and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/ 10 Sqm of surface area using paving bitumen grade VG30, complete all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam laid / rolled and compacted to required thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with min 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient including cleaning of existing surface by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with compressor air blower to remove all loose dirt complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 4.5 to 5.5% (as per design mix) binder content by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen VG 30 grade and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity Tendam Vibratory Roller used in static mode complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes :- (a) Design mix shall also clearly specify filler (%), total quantity & Bitumen & Rolling required for 30 mm thick semi dense asphaltic concrete and BM. (b) Contractor shall be aware of local material and design mix prevailing in area. If Binder % worked out (in design mix) more then the % specified, same shall be provided without any extra cost.

Providing and applying 2.0 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, 20% glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material complete all as specified and as directed.

Road stud high density reflective lens ABS plastic body of colour as approved by GE 125mm X 125 mm X 25mm fixed with steel nails and adhesive complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M-290 of 3M or equivalent model of make specified in Appx 'B'.

Steel tubular swaged poles swan neck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, Cap, mild steel bolts, nuts,screw, . type 410 SP-31(9.0 meters long) erected in vertical position embedded in PCC foundation including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and synthetic enameled paint in alternate yellow and black strips 30cm wide each up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of coping complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of hot press moulded SMC junction box smc base and smc door door fixed with hinge right side sintex box of size 250 x 200 x 100mm Cat No GS-JB-2520 with 10 Amps MCB SP, Bus Bar power connector for RYB-N fixed on epoxy base with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-2 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick including fixing arrangement on pole complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sintex Cat No :- GSJB -2520 or equivalent model of make specified in Appx 'B'.

Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duly) with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts earthed system, laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe and protection clamps shall be measured and paid for separately.

Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duly) with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts earthed system, laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe and protection clamps shall be measured and paid for separately.

Excavation in trenches n.exe. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of Pipe lines/ cable trenches and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus Hard dense soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable (total 23 cm compacted thickness) in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Precast concrete cable cover unreinforced ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.
