Notes for all items of BOQ:- 1. Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the exact working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safety measurers are to be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The comprehensive maintenance work of lift shall be carried out by OEM only and before commencement of work, contractor has to produce MOU signed by contractor and OEM in this regard. 4. The maintenance records for maintenance schedule will be maintained by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor should maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and send the maintenance personal regularly and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly. 5. The Complaint/breakdown will be attended/rectified within two working days after informing the complaint by the undersigned or his authorised rep.

NOTES FOR SL ITEM NO 2 to 9 :- (a) Cost of spare parts which are not specified in BOQ (Sl item No. 2.00 to 9.00) but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items and no claim is entertained on this account. (b) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items and no claim is entertained on this account.
