Re-winding of ceiling fan burnt motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep including internally and externally cleaning of fans and removing the burnt coil and re-winding of fans by super enameled copper wire of appropriate size, make (ATLAS) or equivalent and re-assembling the fans and connecting with flexible copper wire of one mtr length and testing after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of 450/300 mm sweep and removing/cleaning the dust properly including oiling and greasing complete all as directed.

Re-winding of exhaust fan burnt motor of 450/300 mm sweep with appropriate size of super enameled copper wire, Make: ATLAS or equivalent including re-assembling the fans and connecting with flexible copper wire of one mtr length complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and connecting to main switch or switch board complete and incl PCC masonry pit of 300x300x300mm interier diamentions in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 RCC cover with GI frame, charcoal and common salt 15cm in layers all round the earth plate, 15mm dia GI watering pipe, a funnel with wire mesh should be provided on top of watering pipe complete all as specified as per electric plate No 3of SSR 2009 including testing after completion.

Notes :- (i) For Serial No 01 to 37 & Serial No 42 to 51 : The Contractor has to complete the work assigned for above items with in 72 hours failing in which recovery at the rate 100 Rs. Per day per complaint. (ii) For Serial No. 38 to 41 : The contractor has to complete the work assigned for said items with in 10 days from issue of fan through gate pass failing in which recovery at the rate of Rs. 100 per day per complaint shall be deduct. (iii) The contractor has to maintain a separate complaint slip book and complaint register for attending complaint. The contractor rep have to collect daily complaint slip from the E/M complaint cell and get them signed from user after completing the job and submit to E/M complaint cell.
