Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven decimal point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cubic metre (zero point two zero cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cubic metre (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm. ( zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 502and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg. (zero point two seven five kilograms) per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 13.2 mm (Thirteen decimal two milimetre) to 5.6 mm (Five decimal six milimetre) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 Cum. ( Zero point two seven Cubicmetres) mixed with penetration grade V.G-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) Bitumen at the rate 14.6 Kg. ( Fourteen point six Kilogramme) per ten Square metres of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty / Forty) Tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (Eighty - Hundred)KN static road roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 506 and 511 of MORD specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification Clause 508 using Bitumen grade V.G. 10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 6.80 kg (Six point eight zero kilogramme premixed with 0.06 (Zero point Zero six)Cubic meter of fine aggregate per ten square meter heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8 - 10 tonne (eight to ten) tonnes capacity and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, Sale Tax or other taxes imposed by the government.
