M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on the external surfaces of brick work/Strone or concrete surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified .

Supply only integral water proofing compound( Make: water seal/pidilte/Accoproof or equvalent)

M&L coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300mm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of motar for laying floor finishes in cement plaster 1:4 all as specified and as directed.
