Providing and fitting fixing of G.C.I Sheet partition wall for construction of stalls and other allied works in connection with 20th Regional SARAS Fair 2025 in extension with Industry and Commerce Fair and Book Fair with the alternation of partition

Providing and Fitting fixing of of temporary single GCI sheet partiotion wall 15ft wide, height range 10ft , length of each block as per drawing and as per instruction and 5ft & 7.5ft interval intermediate post 75 mm to 100mm dia 1 Barak bamboo post, GCI sheet wall with bamboo batten of 40mm wide and tying with Gl Wire /coir rope including the cost of loading unloading and carrying tying, fitting fixing complete as per direction of Eng- in Charge. The constructed partition wall must be suitable to provided partition wall @ 5ft interval and shed length must be multiple of 5ft incl. time to time movement of partition as per instruction of authority is included with this work. And also providing & fitting fixing of 4-tyre wooden rack of 1ft width and length as per requirement of room size i.e back side and one side of 5ft x 15ft room/back side and two side of 10ft x 15ft room/back side and two side of 20ft x 15ft room and all the tyre of wooden rack will be covered by the new cloth of white color or two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white color. ( Only plinth area of room/stall will be measured in the time of payment) (After completion of the fair, the agency will be bound to dismantle the construction within 2(two) days with his/her own cost. For that, extra charge will not be claimed by the concerned agency. The dismantled of construction materials will be the asset of the concern agency)

Construction of temporary single GCI sheet roof shed (Superstructure) 15ft wide, height range 10ft to 12ft, length of each block as per drawing and as per instruction and l.50m interval intermediate post 75 mm to 100mm dia 1 Barak bamboo post, post plate, rafter, purline top & bottom for GCI sheet roofing, & GCI sheet wall with bamboo batten of 40mm wide and tying with Gl Wire /coir rope including the cost of loading unloading and caring tying, fitting fixing complete as per direction of Eng- in Charge. The constructed shed must be suitable to provided partition wall @ 5ft interval and shed length must be multiple of 5ft incl. time to time movement of partition is included with this work.(After completion of the fair, the agency will be bound to dismantle the construction within 3(three) days with his/her own cost. For that, extra charge will not be claimed by the concerned agency. The dismantled of construction materials will be the asset of the concern agency)

Supplying and fitting fixing of POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) TARPAULINS made stall door shutter (Size-5ft x 8ft) with proper fastening & lock system including irrection in position, fitting fixing etc. complete as per direction of the Eng-in-charge.

Making, providing and fitting fixing of wooden structure with 25x25 MS square tube/50x25mm wooden battens in frames for decorative side wall of blocks (road side) (size-15ft height, 35ft length and 8 inch to 12 inch wide) covered by new cloth & flex (colour & design of flex will be as per direction of mela organising committee or tendering authority) and fixed in position with necessary nails, screws & Gl wire as per direction of Eng-in-charge. (After completion of the fair, the agency will be bound to dismantle the construction within 3(three) days with his/her own cost. For that, extra charge will not be claimed by the concerned agency. The dismantled of construction materials will be the asset of the concern agency)

Making of MAIN ENTRANCE GATE superstructure of 4-piller with 3-semicirculer/ curved top as per drawing or derection of tendering authority by Barak Bamboo post incl. digging of hole barak bamboo of 75mm to 100mm dia post, horizontal and diagonal bracing properly tied with G.I wire or nylon/coir rope and the gate's all the pillar & top will be 4.00 ft square in size & bracing space will not more than 4.00ft and all junction will be tied with coir rope/GI wire as per direction of Eng-in-charge. (After completion fair materials will be the assets of concern agencies)

Making of Gate of 2-piller with 1-straight top superstructure by Barak Bamboo post incl. digging of hole (size:- 15ft clear opening & height-15ft clear) and the gate's both pillar & top will be 2.00 ft square size & bracing space will be 2.00ft and all junction will be tied with coir rope/GI wire as per direction of Eng-in-charge. (After completion fair materials will be the assets of concern agencies)

Making of Overhead Gate/Road Cross Gate of 3-piller with 1-straight top superstructure by Barak Bamboo post incl. digging of hole (size:- 18ft clear opening & 75ft long) and the gate's all the pillar & top will be 4ft square size & bracing space will be 4ft and all junction will be tied with coir rope/GI wire as per direction and decoration of gate with wooden structure of required size/shape including fitting fixing of screen/flex (flex design and writeup as approved by the authority) in position at front & back side and other two side will be covered by new cloth on wooden frame and decoration as approved and as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.of Eng-in-charge. (After completion fair materials will be the assets of concern agencies)

Making and fitting fixing of Sand box for fire precaution by using 75mm to 100mm dia Barak Bamboo post and wooden plank or GCI Sheet walling(Size-15ft x 2.50ft x2.50ft) complete as per direction of Eng-in- Charge.(after completion of fair materials will be concern agencies).

Supplying and filling of sand (course) in the sand box as per direction of Eng-in-Charge.

Hiring charges of providing and fitting fixing of wooden platform & steps by using wooden post(Size-0.10mx0.076m), runner(size- 0.076m x0.076m) ,wooden plank(thickness-0.04m) or 12mm ply wood and Nail (height as per requirement of platform)complete as per direction of Eng-in-charge. (after completion of fair materials will be concern agencies).

Shifting or alternation of G.C.I sheet make partion of size 15ft x 10ft and re-fixing in position with necessary bamboo batten tied with G.I wire or coir rope including carrying loading -unloading etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge complete. (Payment will be made per partition only and on shifting payment will be made for SARAS fair. Shifting or alternation payment will be made only for Industry & commerce Fair and Book Fair only)

Supplying of mikes(complete sets) for fair ground for fair period in/c fitting fixing in position complete as per direction of Eng-in-Charge.(Hiring basis only).

Decoration of side screen/view curter for all blocks with new cloth of white colour on wooden frame over bamboo structure including fitting fixing of screen etc. complete on hire basis as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of flower tub with blooming flower including carrying loading, unloading, watering daily for the whole mela period and placing in position as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of ornamental plant tub with blooming & fresh leaf including carrying loading, unloading, watering daily for the whole mela period and placing in position as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges of providing and fitting of LED Tuni Light typically half an inch (10-12mm) up to 16 feet (5 meters) or more properly connected by 1.50 mm² with proper tapping to prevent leakage etc. complete for the whole mela period and placing in position as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.

Hiring Charges for Glowsign Display board made of matel frame box is generally 4 – 8 inches deep and the width and the height of the frame are as per requirement with fluorescent tubes light fitted inside the box for glowing of GSB, including providing necessary design & write up as per direction of authority and erection in position including properly connected by 1.50 mm² with proper tapping to prevent leakage etc. complete as per direction of the Engg-in-Charge.
