Part-I:- Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot Water System' (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 500 LPD complete all as specified. MAKE:- SOLCHROME/SURYA JYOTI/ RENEWAL ENERGY CONSULTANT NOTE:-Rate of solar water system includes the cost of backup stainless steel hot water tank only insultated and proper connection of electric backup with 2.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor including 1500W heating element with inbuilt thermostat, but does not include the cost of cold water tank, cold water piping and hot water piping.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with PVC float ball valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with line all as specified.

Mild steel galvanised iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. in or laid in trenches complete, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. in or laid in trenches complete, all as specified and directed.

Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding 20 mm bore complete , all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Bib taps, 15mm bore, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, chromium plated screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete, all as specified.

20mm bore ,Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed , complete all as specified.

Taking down point wiring with aluminium/ copper conductor for light point, fan & socket point/ power point etc. complete including light fiitings any type,switches, sockets, holders, (batten or pendent type), ceiling rose, switch board , bell/buzzer,bell push, tube light fitting ,regulator etc. and making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall/ floor etc. to match with existing surfaces including white wash/ colour wash/ distempering to match with existing wall/ floor/ ceiling finishes and all as specified and directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure DB, MCB, main switch etc and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing surfaces, complete all as specified.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS (Multi strand) PVC insulated ISI Marked unsheathed cable in and including casing-n-caping medium grade, ISI marked of suitable size with all fittings/ accessories and also including PVC insulated ISI marked unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor FLRS as phase, neutral and earth wire connected to common earth dolly and including concealed pressed steel/ cast iron of suitable sizes terminal boxes made from 1.60 mm thick sheet for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators, light fittings etc. covered with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet (Make Hylum or equivalent ISI marked) for one light point or one fan point or one bell point, independent, controlled by one way switch/ push button complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No '14' above, but for one 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the independent board, all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade with copper stranded FRLS conductor of size 6 Sqmm (2 single run) with one continuous FRLS copper earthing lead wire of size 6 Sqmm and drawn into and including surface PVC casing & capping of suitable size with all fittings/ accessories, junction boxes 1 to 4 way 25mm dia and connected to common earth dolly, complete and as directed.Note :- Two run (each run of 1 RM) of 6 sqmm copper conductor and one RM of earth wire of 6 Sqmm, shall be measured as one RM).

Switch piano flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amps, all as specified.

Switch socket combination Two -in -One 3 pin 5 amps flush type, 230 volts AC multipurpose all as specified.

Basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver all in one fxture, 09 watt LED and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of size 23 x .0076 from ceiling rose/ PVC connector to light complete. Basic all purpose surface and wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver all in one fxture, 20 watt LED and making connection with 3 core copper flexible cable of size 23 x .0076 from ceiling rose/ PVC connector to light complete. Ceiling fan regulator step type, electronic type varying 5 Speeds 230 Volts, 50Hz, suitable for 1200/ 1400 mm sweep ceiling fans, fixed in repiar, all as specified.(Makes as mentioned in Appendix 'C').

Taking down ceiling/ exhaust fan any sweep from fan hook or walls, dismantling blades, opening motor, cleaning stator, cleaning all parts, greasing, oiling of bushes & bearings, reassembling ceiling fan, refixing and making connections with 3 core copper flexible cable of size 23 x .0076 from ceiling rose/ PVC connector to fan complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots throughly with suitable cleaing agent, applying slot inslation and rewinding with super enameled insulated copper wire of same gauge / same number of turns as existing and connecting the coil suitable to operate on 230VC, single phase, AC supply including all winding, insulating material and impregnation of insulating varnish as specified of any make, type, model and applying air drying the winding throughly including transportation from site of rewinding 1200 mm sweep , complete all as specified .

Sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used, single pole and neutral (double Door), 12 way, 240 volts with 200 Amp rated bus bar, all as specified.

Vertical DB TPN 4 Way for MCCB as incomer MCB SP as out going, double door DB IP 43 protection level, including Blanking plae, lugs etc complete including connection fixing flushed to wall, necessary grouting, making good with CM 1:4 and painted to match existing wall color complete.

MCCB TP 125 Amps 415V having rupturing capacity 25 KA all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI wire of 4mm dia up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 15mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering making necessary zigzag holes for water spreading and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and as directed and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. Note : Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measrued and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
