Non-skids tiles to be removed from compartment and microteach deck covering (otherwise OxyDeck Material for the approximate Thickness is 25 to 60 mm depending up location.Consider Average Thickness of 25 mm - Wet Compartment) to be restored. Total area: Approx- 78.5 Sq Mtrs. Material vendor supply.

De-gutting, repair and refitment of wooden cupboard and mess bunk of all messes at main deck (76 no.) to be carried out view wooden materials deteriorated/ perished due to aging. Removal, repair and refitment to be carried out. Scope of job involve renewal of perished wood & plywood, sun mica, locking arrangement of cupboard, and shoe sliding channel, pulling handle and locks. Material vendor supply

Overhead STACO panel in stair case area in front of Naval store at main deck deteriorated. Same to be renewed as per sample. Total area 28.5 Sq Feet. Size- 7x1 square feet each. Thickness-3mm. Material vendor Supply.

06 in no. modular STACO door (Size of each door: 2200x700 mm) alongwith frame and locking arrangement (Main alleyways entrance, emergency DG room, SO’s & 12 Nvk toilets and Junior sailor washroom) excessively deteriorated. Doors to be fabricated and renewed as per sample and size. Material vendor Supply. All inway jobs included.

One in no. weather tight single handle operated Staco door of Barber compartment excessively deteriorated/ thinned down at various places. Door to be fabricated and renewed as per sample. Size of door: 659x1459 mm. Scop of job involve renewal of fire- retardant beading (length-5.85 Mtrs). Material vendor Supply. All inway jobs included.
