Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M & L for spray painting of LT feeder pillar panel indoor type, double door/ single door both side open of size upto 1800mm x 1400mm x 1200mm capacity, canopy/ flat with two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour of panel and over a coat of red oxide primer including all necessary cleaning, scraping and filling of cavity complete internal and external complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spray painting of LT feeder pillar panel outdoor type, double door/ single door both side open of size upto 1800mm x 1400mm x 1200mm capacity, canopy/ flat with two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour of panel and over a coat of red oxide primer including all necessary cleaning, scraping and filling of cavity complete internal and external complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of old unserviceable/ broken hinges-08 Nos. fixed with lead -04 Nos with new hinges in any type feeder pillar panel/ bus bar door indoor/ outdoor type of size upto 1800mm x 1400mm x 1200mm capacity, canopy/ flat with brazing/ welding, including painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour of panel and over a coat of red oxide primer including all necessary cleaning, scraping and filling of cavity complete internal and external complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Radium reflective for safety and warning tape, reflector tape sticker high intensity conspicuity of polythelene, red colour of size 10cm x 10cm for electric pole and panels and other electrical equipments complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of LED security light fitting of capacity 90 Watt LED street light fitting in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover with IP66 protection with 4/5 KV inbuilt surge protector and cable connection from looping box to light fitting and testing and including taking down of old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Oxigen Defficiency Allarm System with connected accessories OD for existing Oxigen pipeline fittings and fixture as per technical specification and BS EN 13348-2008. The existing cupper pipe should be cut and re-fixed with new Oxygen Defficiency Alarm System in pipe line and it should be dirt free, clean and capped at both ends at the time of supply. It should be 3 metres per length, upon installation with silver brazing it should be painted as per HTM 02 01 standard including taking down old unserviceable Oxigen Defficiency Alarm System complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of front insertion type Oxygen outlet with SS probe. The Outlet should be front insertion type with Non interchangeable Probe as per HTM 02 01 Standard. The 1st Fix, connected to the copper stab should be of Brass. The 2nd Fix should have inbuilt valve to enable servicing on line without use of any additional line valve on the outlet drop pipe. The facia of the Outlet should be white in line with HTM 02 01 standard. The outlet should be CE marked and including taking old unserviceable Oxygen Outlet with SS probe complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- As per sample)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of oxygen Back pressure compensated flow meter with BS EN ISO 15002-2008 (CE Marked) with control range of 0-15 LPM (Calibration with +/-10% with 250 ml humidifier bottle (minimum) made of unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 121 degree centigrade temperature. The flowmeter shall have strict precision, durability standard and body shall be made of brass chrome plated materials. The flow tube will have durability standard and body shall be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. The inlet filter of stainless steel wire mesh to prevent entry of foreign particles including dismantling of old unserviceable flow meter complete all as specified and directed. General servicing of Oxygen Pipe lines, Outlet sockets, Flow meters and Alarm system. Disconnection, refixing and arresting leakages in pipe lines, outlet sockets, flow meters and all size of external valves with help of minor components. All the minor repairs to be carried through service engineer of OEM or authorised technician. All the minor spares which are required to be carried out for arresting leakages and to obtain permissible oxygen pressure at every point should be carried out as per direction. (Note :- The rates for minor spares shall be deemed to be included with quoted rate.)
