Systematic maintenance of Railway track in the private railway siding of FCI for all items as included in the technical specifications para 3.0 to 3.9

Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including changing of rails at points and crossings and sleeper with fittings and fixtures ballast including aligning correction of cross levels and packing after satisfying the terms and conditions of clauses 35 Vol. IV if any payment is admissible then only the contractor will be entitled for the same. (The necessary cost for rails, sleepers, ballast etc. will be paid separately). (a). Straight/ curved track

Opening of level crossing upto required width from centre line of track for replacement of existing sleepers with PSC sleepers including dismantling pucca road surface and removing of ballast, muck etc., screening of ballast & stacking the same near level crossing and disposing of all debris at the location, as directed by engineer in-charge with existing wooden/metal sleepers

Digging road surface at all types of level crossing surface, removing soils upto bottom of sleepers and refilling soil to original level by proper ramming and consolidation : with existing wooden/ metal sleeper

Dismantling existing check rail, blocks, bolts & nuts and stacking these in a countable manner, as directed by Engineer in-charge

Supply of Second Hand (SH) Mono block concrete sleepers ( T-2496) cost (i) new fitting for existing PSC5 Sleepers- ERC-Mk-V( T-5919), M.S liner(T-3738) & CGRSP 6.2 thick (T-8327) :

Cutting foot of rail by gas or any other approved method for check rails with contractor's tools & plants. Payment shall be made for length of cutting of foot.

Fixing check rails on level crossings with MS brackets, MS packing plated, bolts & nuts, springs washers etc. as per approved drawing & specifications, as directed. Rails, MS brackets, packing

Labour charges for fixing of sleepers in B.G private siding at required spacings as specified including fixing the fasteners, ERC clips, pandrel clips, washers etc., and excavation of the available ballast materials dismantling the existing sleepers, screening the excavated ballast, removal of slacks or any other foreign matters restoring the ballast including the extra quantity required from the slacks available, fixing the new sleepers surrounded by the ballast and packing well the sides, bottom of sleepers and maintaining the required gauge complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
