M & L for point wiring using 1.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade, IS-694 single core multi-stranded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade (not less than 20 mm dia) with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed modular steel terminal box for mounting fittings i.e, modular switch / sockets incl cover plate with frame including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded FRLS-H copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly incl cutting and chases pinning in for concealed conduit wiring and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for the following: -

Design, supply, install, testing & commissioning goods lift carry 8 passengers , speed 0.5 metre/sec with single speed motor, 415 volts, 3 phase AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS-14665 and as amended, suitable to serve G+06 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescue device (ARD) system, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set (03 Nos, one each in car, Machine room & near Ground floor landing door) complete including one fire man’s Switch which will be activated in case of fire incident including wiring etc all as specified

Identify any signs of wear, drainage or carring out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair / maintenance of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes, door cards, car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector / links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts,kanding operating panel of any size & capacity, repair / maint of u/s damaged door safety edge & sensor mechnical safety locks, megnatic lock of contact, car position indicator & all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/ mantenance of broken COP/LOP buttons &

display including cover, fire alarm, firemen button glass, intercom, alarm/hooters, maintenance of damged hand rail shaft, light / switches , complete with illuminated push button & direction indicator with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors & safe operation of lifts, fixing of loose rail brackets if any, cabin mirror light & minor repair of cabin fan, ensure safe & smooth functioning of lift & complete maintenance of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel & rust painting at car top and door, dewatering of lift well in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. SCHEDULE A PART XIII (DG SETS)

Supply ,installation ,commission and testing totally enclosed type (silent operation with canopy,CPC B-IV approved ),static type Diesel Engine driven,Generating set of 20 KVA capacity confirming to BS-5514/IS-13018:1990 (Engine) & IS-13364/IS-4722(Alternator), 4 wire 50 HZ 415 Volts supply under NTP conditions when running at 1500 RPM complete including Engine Alternator mounted on common base plate of rigid fabricated mild steel base frame all as recommended by manufacturer and having following provisions all as specified and directed . The silent canopy shall be as per the Central Pollution Control Board norms . The silensor canopy shall be manufacturerd by the manufacturer of the engine itself . The make and model of generator set to be installed with engine details ,alternator specifications and specification of silensor canopy shall be got approved from GE before order is placed by the contractor to the manufacturer.

(A) Alternator:- Alternator shall be of capacity of 20 KVA net out put at work site after considering derating factor as per MSL height and NTP conditions as applicable at power factor .85,AC , 3 phase , 4 wire, AVR system, screen protected . Ball / roller bearing with damp proof copper windings on each pole to base as per IS-13364/IS-4722 complete all as specified .

( B ) Diesel Engine :- Diesel shall be of adequate capacity suitable for above alternator after derating factor as per MSL hight and temperature for work site and as per relevant IS code having provision of coupling shaft to drive the above Alternator independtly after considering power losses in all the accessories forming part of the set i.e. couplings any type FIP , water cooler, direct injector ( if provided ), fan etc. Engine should be multistage, vertical multi cylinder water cooled, 4 stroke, direct injection cold starting , RPM 1500, industrrial type standard accessories complete in all respect including all provisions as recommended by manufacture and following provisions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: DG set will be conforming to notification of Min of Environment date 17 may 2002):-

(i) Fly wheel with housing . (ii) Air cleaner dry type (iii) Corrosion resisiters. (iv) fuel filter, Oil filter (v) FIP system including pump injectors solenoid controls , nozzles, govenors etc (vi) Radiiator including water pump with fan (vii) Cylinder with buffers, tail pieces duly insulated with asbestos/ lagging and sufficiently extended to carry exhaust outside the DG Set building.

(a) Lead acid battery 12 volts , 90/100AH = 01Nos. initially charged Make :- Exide/Prestolite/ AMCO ( Maintenance free type) (b) Self Starter. (c)Alternator 12 volts DC complete with holding clamp. (d) Start / Stop push button ,ignition switch with key system. (e) Battery charging system including regulator and generator / alternator

(viii) Engine shall be with turbo charger. (ix) Engine protection device against low lubicating oil pressure, high water temperature ,and high oil temperature ,over speeding of engine etc. (x) Water temperature gauge, oil temperature gauge, oil puessure gauge ammeter for display charging + Amps etc.

(C) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE FOR DG SET :- Supply and fixing accustic enclosures suitable of 20 KVA capacity diesel Generator set duly fabricasted of channel and CRCA sheet 16SWG of required size having doors , insulation sides and top by minral rock wool confirming to IS-8183 of adequate thickness accoustic louvers /outlet. ventilation system etc . complete as per manufacturers instructions with wiring and lighting arrangements duly painted of three coats of dulux gloss synthetic enamalled paint over a primer coat or as directed of suitable size all as required at site and comprising of the following :-

(i) Base: MS channel fabricate MS channel made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet of ISMC suitable section . (ii) Structure heavy duty rectangular MS box channel . (iii) Doors fabricated from MS CRCA 2 mm thick air tight with neoprene rubber gasket and gun metal heavy duty spring loaded locks . (iv) Out side cover: Made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick. (v)Accustic insulation ( side &Top ) sound proofing minerla rock wool slab of density 96Kg/m3confirming to IS 0183 thickness 100mm covered by fire Resistant fiber tissue as per manufacturer recommandation .Test report from original manufacturer to be submittedbefore incorporation in the work for authenticity of material . (vi) Inside cover : CRCA perforated sheet 0.6mm thick powder coated . (vii) Inspection port : Aluminium frame with double wwalled glass fixed type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket for viewing instrument panel .

AMF logic :The AMF panel shall be provided with micro processer based programmable logical control system of Make -C&S (LG) /UTOPIA /SIEMENS. The control system will have the fillowing option:- (a) Start/ stop settings including delay and timing setting duly programmable. (b) programmable timing for idle running . (c) Auto/ manual option for each contractor . (d) Self starting kiks for three times or as per programme . (e) Alarm for any fault with buzzer and indicating lamp . (f) One main supply voltage monitor . (g) One alternator supply voltage monitor . (h) One set of DC control relays and timers. (j) One set of control relays for the automatic control system .

(E) RCC FOUNDATION:- RCC Fuoundation M 20(as per manufacturer design) ,450 mm overall height, 300mm above floor level and 150 mm below floor level of required size. (Make of Engine :-Cummins/Kirloskar/ Ashok leyland /Ruston/Greaves. (Make of Alternator :-Kirloskar/Jyoti/Stam Ford,Alston, Electric, Jyoti .

(F) Acoustic Louvers / Attenuators at Air inlet/outlet :-The acoustic louvers provides excellent sound attenuation and good weather protection. Single blade and chevron blade louvers are manufacturefrom 16 SWG CRCA sheet top section with an acoustic in fill of resin bonded mineral rock wool has a density of 96 Kg/m3 .The under section is formed from 18 SWG CRCA performed sheet after covering with resistance tissues to prevent fire migration or by means of acoustic lined ducts.

(G) FUEL TANK :- One No of sheet metal steel tank of suitable capacity of hold diesel sufficient for 12 hours running at full load, mounted on angle iron frame including the following:- (i) Level indicator to indicate level of diesel in tank. (ii) Drain plug with 2.0 mtrs pipe for draain oil. (iii) fuel strainer. (iv) Pipe for fuel. (v) Air vent. (vi) Mannually operated one no. fuel pump.

(H) INSPECTION PORT :- Aluminium box frame with double welded glass fix type sealed with neoprene rubber gasket, for viewing instrument panel. (J) VENTILATION :- Forced with suitable fan.

(K) WIRING AND LIGHTING :-PVC copper wire concealed in flexible conduit provided with florescent tube light and MCB. (a) Earthing panel (Neutral body). (b) Control Panel . © Cable leads for batteries. (d) Power cable to euipment. (e) Self Starter NOTE :- (a) Generating set will be placed on suitable foundation as recommended by manufacturer .and cost thereof shall be included on the prices quoted . (b)Tools shall be supplied as per manufacturer,s instructions and cost thereof shall be included in the price quoted .

SCHEDULE A PART XV (Heating Appliances)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Heater Storage Type five star rating, electric suitable for single phase ,50HZ, AC supply, stainless steel inner assembly, 2 KW heating element, Twin thermostat for water temperature and safety thermostat stove enamel outer body including minimum 1M of three core 2.5 sq mm twisted copper conductor cable PVC sheathed, , polyethylene pipe connection piece 450mm long of 6Kg/sq,CM with two sets of chromium plated adopter at each end suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe at cold water inlet and copper tubing connection with chromium plated adopter at ends, at hot water outlet, with safety fusible plug confirming to relevant IS of 25 ltrs capacity.

SCHEDULE A PART XVI (Arboriculture)

Supplying on site garden soil ( sweet soil) well passed through 20 mm sieved and 90% to pass through IS sieve of 10 mm size free from stone rubbish like lumps, stones, roots and other foreign materials suitable for gardening. The soil should be fresh from quarry. The color of soil generally red incls cost of all materials, labours, transportation, all tools,plants taxes etc all as specified and as directed by GE.

Supplying on site manure, well decayed, well dried, well powdered, without clods and free from stones, dfied gass and other rubbish material. The colour of manuire shall be black. The manure screened through sieve at designation 4.75 micron including carriage at site. The manure will be measured by measuring box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L planting large feature Trees : In 0.6 M x 0.6m x 0.6m Pit applying 10 gm DAP fertilizer in root zone in each pit. Filling the pit with fresh garden soil/ silt, sand and manure in ratio of 3:1 by volume (3 part volume of sweet soil and 1 part volume of manure ) mixing soil/ silt, sand & manure throughtly well as directed, watering with applying chemical insecticide phorate as per manufacturer instructions,planting 1 to 2 yr healthy and 4 to 5 Feet (4' - 5') tall specific feature trees sapling as per specification well established by watering weeding, stirring of soil replacing of casualties etc. complete.

Supply and planting Carpet grass/Truff grass/ Mexican grass over a layer of approved earth(Sweet earth) and sand in 1:10 proportion as directed for planting of grass filled in layers not exc 25cm thick incl supply and mixing of 1/2Kg/Sqm of cow dung, 0.25 Kg/Sqm of bone meal and 15 grams/Sqm of insecticides as directed at site.
