Providing polished vitrified wall tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tilesc complete at all levels as specified and directed. (coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the department). iv) Of size300mmx900mm and above

Providing, fitting and fixing coloured anodised aluminium partition walls of standard sections of approved brand, joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevant I.S. specification) and providing and fitting angle cleat, rubber gasket, bolting device screws etc. at all levels. Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) M/F Suspended Ceiling which includes G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm c/c. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two equal flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm c/c with ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I.cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm c/c, 9.5mm/ 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (conforming to IS:2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm long drywall screws at 230mm c/c. Screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally, the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard complete at all levels as specified and directed. (For light fittings, grill diffusers etc. cut out to be made with the frame of perimeter channel supported suitably and measured and paid separately as and where necessary). Supplying, fitting, fixing and painting where necessary (one coat primer and two coats of paint) wall lining which includes 12.5mm thick Louvertone/ Sundance/ Cratone/ Fulltone (slit) Gypboard ceiling panels of size 595mmx595mm (conforming to IS:2095-1982) screw fixed to the Ceiling section of size 0.55mm thick having a knurled web of 51.5mm and two equal flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm made of G.I. Steel placed at 298mm c/c in perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm and flane of 30mm and a web of 27mm made of G.I.
