Supply, fabrication and fixing of sheet metal enclosure in made out of MS sheet of 3.15mm thick bend to shape and size factory made with welding bending works suitable for and including 100amp rated bus bar (length of bus bar not less than 60cm) for numbers making holes of any size and mounted on porcelain/epoxy based post insulators of appropriate size with suitalbe size of nuts, bolts and washers, incoming MCCB-32 Amp TOP-01 Nos complete with mounting leg of size 25 x 25 x 4mm and length of angle iron 60cm above gound level, 45 centimeter and embedded in PCC below ground level including painting or complete structure with two coats of super enameled synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set developing suitable BHP as recommended by the manufacturer air cooled of capacity 40 KVA (32 KW), 415 Volts, 0.8 power factor , mounted on common base frame coupled, 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside of power house up to 1.00 meter, AVM pads, foundation as per manufacturer's design, battery start with suitable cable for connection from DG Set to panel board complete with acoustic enclosure as per specification of central pollution control board and including the following:-

(A) PRIME MOVER. Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity having suitable BHP as recommended by the manufacturer air cooled, closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacture's recomendations and mounted on common base frame with following fittings: i) RPM cum hour meter ii) Battery charging ammeter iii) Ignition key and starting with push button switch. iv) Lubrication oil pressure gauge. v) Electronic Governor controlling. vi) Oil temp. gauge vii) Safety control (Trip) for the following:- (aa) Low lubricating oil pressure (ab) Over speed. viii)High engine temp trip ix) 24/12 volts starting equipment compresing of all followings:- (aa) 01 No 12 volts 180 AH battery. Make: Exide / Amaron (ab) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (ac) Starter motor of suitable capacity . (ad) Battery leads (copper cable) of suitable size with terminal. (B) ALTERNATOR:- Alternator rating 40 KVA (32 KW), 3 phase, 50 cycles 415 Volt, 4 wire supply at 0.8 power factor running @1500 RPM, self excited self regulated, mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame, suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation to be coupled with above engine. The alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or IS-4722. Make: Kirloskar/ crompton/ Stamford/GFE

D) OTHER FITTINGS :- i) Fuel Tank : MS fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacture's instructions capable to store fuel for 12 hours running of DG set including oil level indicating guage, drain and air vent plug etc.

Rates of credit for TMT steel per kg offered/quoted by the bidder. Notes:- (i) Refer Page 21 of tender for details. (ii) The rates quoted in this cell of BOQ will not affect the contract sum but shall be applicable for credit of steel if steel lying at site is not found usable after testing. (iii) The rates applicable for credit Sch shall be higher of the rates quoted by the bidder and inserted by the deptt in Sch of credit.
