Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 but except materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with Mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a ptack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to potholes any depth, not exc 1.0 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed carpet, using 0.41 Cum of stone chippings (0.28 Cum of 12.5mm size and 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 Kg of binder paving bitumen (VG-10) rolled and compacted with vibatory roller and 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient and applying premix sand seal coat using 0.06 cum of coarse sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of bitumen (Viscosity Grade bitumen VG-10), with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premixed bituminous carpet shall be mixed in mechanical mixol at work site and laid / spread manually to uniform and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 50/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iv) Premix bituminous macadam shall be mixed in mechanical mix 01 at work site and laid/spread manually to uniform and smooth surface complete as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of thermo plastic paint, painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on road pavements and the like n. exc. 10cm wide, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner grith complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar or anythickness in floors, apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured rubber moulded finished concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, drain cover etc, set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the debris demolished materials beyond 50 mtr upto 250 mtr complete all as specified and directed.
