Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC(DIN)fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1850 mm x 1600 mm x 500 mm to 600 mm deep fabricated Indoor electric panel cubical type fabricated with minimum 2 mm thick MS CRCA steel sheet with intermediate membes/compartmentalised of same material and guage as required. The Panel should have air ventilation grooves at sides dust and vermin proof design, earthing studs, 600 Amp 4 Nos. insulated & drilled aluminium strip bus bar with brass studs bakelite/epoxy resin base having base connector insulation at center in busbar chamber of panel with spacing for compartments of size 400 mm x 400 mm each with individual leaf hinged door with locking arrangement for 4 nos TPN switches on one side of busbar chamer and same spaing for other side of bus bar chamber for another 4 nos TPN switches, panel having cable connection chamber at left side of size 1850 mm x 400 mm with hinged locking door, panel should be fixed & to be grouted in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm normal size ) on 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm MS channel at bottom with suitable size nut/bolts and panel should be duly painted with power coated paint and including construction of foundation of panel & erection etc. as required. (CPRI approved)

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 500 mm/600 mm deep fabricated Outdoor feeder pillar cubical type double door (almirah type outer door) fabricated with minimum 2 mm thick MS CRCA steel sheet with intermediate membes/compartmentalised of same material and guage as required. The Panel should have water drip proofing arrangement at the top and air ventilation grooves at sides dust and vermin proof design, earthing studs, 400 Amp 4 Nos. insulated & drilled aluminium strip bus bar with brass studs bakelite/epoxy resin base having base connector insulation & busbar should have central compartment of size 1000 mm x 400 mm in panel, 3 nos compartments of size 300 mm x 300 mm each & 2 nos of compartments of size 500 mm x 400 mm with individual leaf hinged door with locking arrangement for TPN switches and 3 mm MS iron deattachable base plate with hole for incomming/outgoing cables, The 4 legs of feeder pillar is to be grouted in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm normal size ) i.e.500 mm long legs of MS angle Iron of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm and MS channel at battom of panel os size 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm & panel should be duly painted with power coated paint and including construction of foundation of panel & erection etc. as required.
