Disconnecting existing tanks of size exc 500 but not exceeding 1000 lit, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Note: Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Dismantling 75/100mm dia CI pipe jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches as required.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls 75 mm bore.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof /parapet including cement mortar bedding, PCC tiles, padding concrete if any, upto the RCC slab, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified

M&L for cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Fosroc heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 or equivalent apporved , coving all the 90 degree angles, slab/wall junctions with Convextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L providing a levelling course of cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 40 mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proof admixture @ 250 ml per bag of cement. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering with CM 1:3, 10 mm thick mixed with water proofing admixture of Fosroc/Pidilite/STP or equivalent, all as specified and directed. Note :-Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture.

M&L for Poly Urethane based water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab with the following specifications .i) Cleaning the existing surface by mechanical means to make it free from any bituminous residue/dirt, oil and grease all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

ii)M&L for cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirts, loose materials etc and filling with Polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by Engineer In Charge. iii)M&L applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic , VOC compound) in three coats including one coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge. Note:- Properties of Poly urethane based chemical shall conform to following technical parameters a)Highly elastic b) UV resistance c)Adhesion to concrete > 1N/ Sqmm d)Tensile strength-not less than 2.0 N/Sqmm for free film Elongation not less than 300% e) Solid content by weight not less than 60% f)Air/Water permeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.00mm g)Accelerated weathering(ASTM 453) Pass 1000 hours

h) Reaction to fire - Non inflammable j) To be applied by the rep of manufacture’s authorised applicator only. Contractor has to be provide manufacture’s test certificate for the above mentioned Technical parameters and purchase vouchers. k)Removal of existing treatement to be paid separately l)Roof slop to be ensured to avoid water ponding/logging m) 300mm height of vertical surface/parapet wall to be treated with the same specification .Make:- Bostik, Fosroc, STP

S&F in repairs stop valves 15mm bore, cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified and directed.

Taking down old plaster and rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 duly mixed with water proofing compound on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing smooth and even and smooth without using extra cement making good match the old surface finish.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 75 mm dia PVC floor trap/nahani trap including taking down existing damaged CI grating from floor trap/nahani trap

Demolition Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement over 15 mm cement screed in CM 1:4slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc 25mm average thickness with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge

M&L Cleaning of reinforcement( bars upto 12mm) from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Cleaning of reinforcement( bars above 12mm) from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @2.2kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Note: Measurement and payment: The premeasurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 daysto be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2) 0.25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

M&L Applying one coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of old decorated or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparing of old decorated surfaces of ceiling (plastered or un plastered) including cornices etc and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of existing treatment from walls and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing including distance pieces, cleats etc(F-290 Gd E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coaing GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.
