(including centering shuttering stagging etc but excluding reinforcement) PCC grade M10 a) Nominal Mix 1:3:6 (Hand Mixing)

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in substructure complete excepting pointing & plastering, as per drawing & MoRD technical specification Clauses 602, 603, 604, 1202 and 1204. In 1:4 cement mortar

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 12 mm thick on brickwork/ C.C. work including a finishing coat of neat cement punning with 2.75 kg of cement per sqm in substructure as per MoRD technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204.

Construction of Embankment with approved materials Obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50 m, transporting to site, spreading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MoRD technical specification clause 301.5.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Providing and laying flat brick soling layer on prepared subgrade Jaccording to lines, grades and cross-section shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412. ii) Flat Brick soling

Brick edging laid length wise Providing and laying brick edging laid lengthwise on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and crosssection shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.
