Amount
Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the piping either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations generally as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipe: Mild steel bevelled end seamless pipes conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr.B & dimensions conforming to ANSI B36.10; Schedule-40 of make M/s MSL / M/s Jindal / M/s Tata. (2) Fittings & Flanges: Mild Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitbale mild steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC. (3) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (4) Painting: Pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint (Asian/berger) over one coat of zinc chromate redoxide primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC. . (5) Testing & commssioing: Pipelines to be DP tested and segment wise hydralically at a pressure of 15 bar followed by flushing and commissioning including cost of all consumbales, labour, etc., complete as directed by EIC. (6) Documents to be submitted: (a) Original manacturer's test certitificates of the pipes supplied. (b) Pipe sample(s) from each batch to be tested at MSME laboratory for its mechanical & chemical properties. (c) ITI welder certificate / IBR welder certificate to be submitted for the engaged welders. The unit cost includes cost of all the consumables, labour and other equipments to complete the required quantity as durected by EIC.
Wrap coating of buried lines: Coating and wrapping of the pipe lines (including fittings) consisting of one coat each of coal tar primer, cold wrap of impregnated fibre glass, of suitable width and with minimum 4 mm thick, of make M/s PIPEKOTE / RUSTFREE, including thermofusioning of polyethelene layer of coat using thermo torch, seal coating & overlapping not less than 25 mm, including cleaning pipes etc., complete as directed and specified.
Providing and fixing valves as described in the following conforming to relevant standards along with matching companion flanges with suitable bolts nuts, washers, fixing of flanges to pipe, aligning, testing, complete as directed. (1) Gate Valves (PN 16): Cast Carbon Steel (A-216GR. WCB) gate valve of Class-150 to API-600, Outside Screw, Yoke Type, Rising Stem with Back Seat Arrangement. Bolted Bonnet, 13% Cr. S.S. (AISI-410) Trim. Solid Wedge. Flanges as per ANSI-B 16.5 Class-150. Raised Face. Body Test Pressure 30 Bar Gauge seat & Back seat 22 Bar Gauge.Max. Make: Audco/Leader/Zoloto/LnT (2) Documents to be submitted: Original manacturer's test certitificates of the valves supplied.
Providing and fixing swing check valves as described in the following conforming to relevant standards along with matching companion flanges with suitable bolts nuts, washers, fixing of flanges to pipe, aligning, testing, complete as directed. (1) Swing Check Valves (PN 1.6): Cast Carbon Steel (A-216GR. WCB) swing check valve conforming to BS 1868 (Class 150), Disc: Carbon steel (ASTM A216 Gr. WCB + 13% Cr. Steel), Body seat ring: Carbon steel (WCB/A105 with SS to 13% Cr facing or SS to 13% Cr), Gasket: Stainless steel + Graphoil / ASTM A308, Flanges to ASME B16.5 with bolted cover and renewable seat. Body test pressure: 30 bar & Seat test pressure: 22 bar. Make: Audco/Leader/Hawa (2) Documents to be submitted: Original manacturer's test certitificates of the valves supplied.
Excavation in Trenches in all soils except soft and hard rock upto depths mentioned below from average ground level dressing the base to the required levels including dewatering if necessary and back filling in trenches and plinth with approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 250 mm levelling, watearing and consolidating and disposing the surplus earth within a distance of 50 m complete as directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 using Portland Cement conforming to BIS 1489/8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), river sand and graded stone aggregates of 40 mm maximum size at and at all depths below plinth level including consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete but excluding form work as per specifications for mud mat of foundations, equipment foundations, pedestals, masonry walls, Trenches etc.
Cement concrete 1:2:4 grade using Portland Cement conforming to BIS 1489/8112 (M/s.ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Cormandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), river sand and graded stone aggregates of 20 mm maximum size at and at all depths below plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., for pedestals but excluding form work as per specifications.
Structural steel work with standard section like MS angles, flats, joists, channels, etc., at all levels below/above ground/ plinth level including supply the steel sections conforming to IS:2062 (vizag Steels/Tata/Sail) transporting, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, weld rods (D & H, Advani, Philips) and /or bolt and nuts from approved source, erecting and fixing in position using derricks/pullies or any other suitable means, etc., including painting with two coats of Enamel paint make, over one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer/compatible primer of Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Pedilite, Nerolac make approved shade, cleaning the sections by suitable means, etc., complete for pipe support horizontal and vertical trustles, brackets, etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. Sample to be tested for its mechanical and chemcial properties at a MSME laboratory.
Dismantling/breaking the existing bitminous surfaces road carefully to the required size, including removing, solling, WMB road, stacking useful matearials at the locations shown and disposing of debris with in a distance of 50 m etc., as specified and directed.
Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, platforms etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.
Form Work: Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horozontal, inclined including strutting,proping using steel pipes/acros staging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil and all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed.
Columns/Pedestals at all elevations using steel shuttering
Removing of existing damaged/corroded , unserviceable M.S/ pipe lines by unscrewing / cutting and transporting to the site shown as directed by Engineer in-charge.
Lead charges including loading/unloading, stacking, disposable earth by mechanical transport for lead exceeding 500 m but not exceeding 1 km.
