Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including Straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths /storeys/ basements etc. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement). Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media screened, washed and cleaned as described below: (HSR 28.50) a) Top Layer:- Coursed gravel screened, cleaned and washed and graded from 0.20mm to 0.4mm (from Ghaggar or other source)

b) Second Layer:- Coursed gravel screened, cleaned and washed and graded from 4mm to 6mm (from Ghaggar or other approved equipment quarry)

c) Bottom Layer:- Bajri screened washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm (from Ghaggar or other sources)

Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber as per standard drawings (as per sizes given below) including dressing of beds and sides of chamber to exact profiles, 15cm thick lime concrete 16:24:100 (as per specified in item no 10.6) in foundation, Ist class brick work laid in cement sand mortar, 1:5, 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, topping inside the chamber with a floating coat of 1.5 mm thick neat cement laid in one operation to the topping the entire inner surface of the chamber rendered with neat cement not less than 12 mm in thickness of 1:2 cement sand plaster and finished with a floating coat of neat cement 1 mm thickleft absolutely smooth polished and correct to templates including labour for fixing the C.I. road gully grating and frame including painting with coal tar (as specified in item no. 29.48 complete and to the requirement of the Engineer-In-charge). (a) Single Road Gully Chamber (i) Size 610 mm x 457 mm x 800 mm. [HSR 29.87 (a) (i)].

Boring/drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge, beyond 90 metre & upto 150 metre depth below ground level. All types of soil 300 mm dia (DSR 23.2.1.1)

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. 200 mm nominal size dia (DSR 23.3.3)

Providing and fixing M.S. clamp of required dia to the top of casing/ housing pipe of tubewell as per IS: 2800 (part I), including necessary bolts & nuts of required size complete. 200 mm clamp (DSR 23.14.3)

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). 200 mm dia (DSR 23.15.3)

Supplying & Fixing filter Jali of non bio-deg saddle material complete in all respects (PVC Slotted Pipe). (1 x 25 meters)

Providing and Fixing of Iron Piece 2.5’ long x 10” inner dia (i.e. Safety of PVC Rigid Pipe)

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 23.8)

Development of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189, to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content (beyond permissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc., all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 23.12)

Supply and Laying of 200mm i/d PVC pipe supreme make average depth 1.50 Mtr.

Provision for providing laying, jointing and testing of supreme make PVC pipe including cost of specials of excavation, laying, jointing, fixing complete in all respects for carrying storm water from terrace upto recharge pit complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer – in – Charge. 150mm i/d PVC pipe supreme make average depth 1.10 Mtr.
