M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, heavy grade, 2.5 mtr long buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at ground level after making bore hole of size not less than 300 mm dia and 2.65 Mtr long using suitable mechanical drilling rig or mannually (for drilling near the specified location), connected with galvanised steel earthing strip 32 x 6mm all as shown in Plate No-2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 400mm x 400 mm x 80mm with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, funnel, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around GI earth pipe, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing Copper earth strip of size 75mm x 10 mm making drilled hole at both ends and fixing to transformer earth point / earth test point including dismantling taking down old rusted steel earth strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing galvanised earth strip of size 32mm x 6 mm making drilled hole at both ends and fixing to electrical structure/equipment earth point / earth test point including dismantling taking down old rusted steel earth strip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC concrete cement cable trench cover of size 1200mm X 600mm X 75mm using 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate and 10 mm dia bar set in cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removal of broken earthing cement / concrete pit and reconstruction using type C1 - 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) including precast RCC pit cover square/round of size 400 mm X 400 X 80 mm complete all as specified and directed

Matereal and labour for replacement of broken pit cover square/round shape as per existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium bas bar and taking old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out LT/HT cable from panel/transformer/floor of sub station for repair or for realingnment of cable and refixing the cables with proper staking with proper alingnment of cable and refixing the cables with proper on duct and making feeder wise bundle of cable using PVC cable tie for sizes of cable 3.00 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling taking out cables 10 sqmm to 35 sqmm from trench, including making straight through joints at damaged portion and relaying to trench complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Replacement of spares viz MCB, MCCB, contactors, timers, cables, shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only and labour element for taking down the replaced spares shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) If the qty of complaints to be attended in a control panel/LT panel is more than 01 No in a day, altogether the complaints will be considered only 1 (one). (iii) The contractor has to engage qualified electricians and helpers in sufficient Nos to attend and rectify the defects.
