Supply and fix gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 20 mm dia (ISI Marked) including taking down old one. Make: Leader/Zoloto

Supply and fix gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 25 mm dia (ISI Marked) including taking down old one. Make: Leader/Zoloto

Supply and fix gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 40 mm dia (ISI Marked) including taking down old one. Make: Leader/Zoloto

Supply and fix gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 50 mm dia (ISI Marked) including taking down old one. Make: Leader/Zoloto

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc1.5m depth for foudation,trenches for laying of cables/pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, incl. spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in type of soil

Supply and fix GI tubes 15mm bore, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laying in floors all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix GI tubes 20mm bore, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laying in floors all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix GI tubes 25 mm bore, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laying in floors all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix GI tubes 40mm bore, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete laying in trenches all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix GI tubes 50mm bore, medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete laying in trenches all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix CI sluice valve Cast iron 150mm bore PN-1.6 flanged end conforming to IS -14846 with CI wheel, brass spindle, chuck nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threded), nuts & washers including joints complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position. Supply and fix CI sluice valve Cast iron 100mm bore PN-1.6 flanged end conforming to IS -14846 with CI wheel, brass spindle, chuck nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threded), nuts & washers including joints complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position. Supply and fix CI sluice valve Cast iron 80mm bore PN-1.6 flanged end conforming to IS -14846 with CI wheel, brass spindle, chuck nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threded), nuts & washers including joints complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position. (Make : Hazara/Upadhyay/Kirloskar) :-

M&L for cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in including necessary form work.

M&L for masonary valve chember of size 600x600x600 mm (Internal dimensions) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 50x50x6mm mild steel angle iron, 5 mm thick mild steel plate cover complete with locking arrangement painting steel and iron surfaces with synthetic enamel paint two coats aover a coat of zinc chrome primer compete all as specified including taking down old one.

M&L for masonary valve chember of size 900x900x900 mm (Internal dimensions) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 50x50x6mm mild steel angle iron, 5 mm thick mild steel plate cover complete with locking arrangement painting steel and iron surfaces with synthetic enamel paint two coats aover a coat of zinc chrome primer compete all as specified including taking down old one.

Dismantling existing unserviceable valve pits and construction of new brick masonry valve pits of size 1200x1200x1200mm (internal dimension) with brick work in cement mortar (1:4) 40mmx40mm x6 mm angle iron frame ,MS handle 300mm long, bent to shape and riveted to MS sheet including excavation and earth work, concrete work 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinges and handle rendering work, painting to all steel surfaces with two coats red oxide primer complete and all as directed including taking down old one.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25 mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 40/50 mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up old cast iron water mains 150mm bore (dia) with all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints inclunding burning out joints etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
