Provision of LED signage in ward no. 14, under Civil Line zone.

Fabrication, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of openable Signage made of electrocut computerised automated individual letters in hindi & English, total Covering Area and design as per direction of Engineer in charge, Letters to be made from powder coated sheet with 100-150 mm bottom profiles bended along 4-5mm thick sheet of unbreakable Acrylic Sheet to be used in front which will be pinned to the profile. Approved Color, Vinyl (UV) to be used for Colorful look on the front of Acrylic sheet, Letters back should be duly powder coated/painted with Primer & two coats of approved Color Enamel or Duco paint. The signage shall have a system for easy graphic changes and easy access for maintenance. The illumination source shall be of LEDs or approved equivalent modules with individual current regulator/power supply driver module for every signage complete with all internal wiring etc along with connectors for connections to achieve required and uniform illuminations, specifications and design as per the directions of Engineer in charge. LED specification :Lumen output : 2500 lumens/sqmtr (minimum) radiance angle : 120 degree and above Illumination should be uniform and suitable arrangement should be made for installation of the whole structure using Gi pipes, angles etc but excluding foundation work.

SITC of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle Iron mounting stand for ACP sign board and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C"curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) Single pole and neutral

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. Conductor Armoured Cable 1.1KV grade conforming to IS-7098 of following size:-2C*4 sqmm

P/F Hot press sheet moulded compound (SMC) fire retardant (Temp. resistance up to 200 C), IP 55 weather proof pole box of inner dimension 200x160x98mm (NS) complete with suitable arrangement for fixing of 2 nos of 6 to 32 amp single pole MCB & 63 Amp. Double pole isolator (MCB/Isolator excluded) with neutral link duly shorting on DIN Channel with2 Nos of MS clamps with SS back plate of suitable size with danger monogram property printed on the cover etc as reqd. as reqd.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 em below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 50 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required
